Hi greetings
My self paladugu suresh from Hyderabad I have taken loan from cred app amount of 450000lac, i am supposed to pay amount of 15907 every month on 7th it’s an auto debit from HDFC bank, but in January on 18th 2022 I have foreclosure with the amount of 3, 66, 198lac but from February your customer executive are calling to me to pay the amount, due to this I have decreased my cibil score.
it’s almost three months over regular I am going to your punjagutta branch every month but your branch people are not responding to me they always telling samething till now there is no response from there end

If it goes like this means then Be ready to face sequence from my end
So kindly resolve this as soon as possible

      I don't hold any account with IDFC First Bank, but as I was checking my CIBIL score. I saw two loans:
      1. Credit Card- ending with 4725 (Opened on[protected]
      2.Personal Loans of 30, 000 on[protected]loan account ending with 5335)

        Address: Chennai IDFC Limited 4th Floor, Capitale Tower, 555 Anna Salai, Thiru Vi Ka Kudiyiruppu, Teynampet Chennai - 600018, Tamil Nadu, India.

        I have received an email from IDFC BANK. As per the contents of the email, the TDS for the bond maturity payment (matured on 31 Dec 2021)is already deducted. However, I have not been paid the maturity amount.

        So, I called customer care (four times) for the same on 26 February and 14 March 2022, and 05 Apr 2022; and I was assured that the Payment for the matured bonds would be made within five working days.

        As per their email request I had updated all my details of PAN. Bank account details with cancelled cheque, Aadhar card etc.

        I also seek to get the interest on the period till Payment is not made the due lackadaisical approach of the concerned staff.

        I am shocked as IDFC First bank staff have cut the TDS against my PAN but don't have PAN proof.

        Request follow up urgently. Regards,

            I am using Amazon Pay Later. The IDFC bank auto debit more money in the place of original amount. Transaction statements not showing proper way. What is EMI amount, what is normal amount not showing. Some amounts not converted to EMIs. In March transactions around 13K used. But in auto debit it shows 18k+. Nearly 5k+ transaction error. May be same transaction errors occur in previous transactions. Correct the transactions errors immediately and refund already debited amounts.

              Loan issued with my identity to other person. IDFC is a fraud bank they are giving a loan with my identity to another person without knowing me recently i know when i am checking my cibil score on paisabazaar that's why i am facing many issues because of my cibil score is low due to loan pending amount see the below attached it is showing overdue and day by day my cibil score getting low because of this whenever i apply for credit card or loan everytime they reject me because of this i am really very disappointed how they can do that with my identity it's horrible solve this query asap if not i have to file a case against IDFC bank of doing fraud with the identity proof i am not expected that type of fraud is happening now a day's and in IDFC bank.

                  Hello,
                  My name is Akash Dilipbhai Patel my father had a loan account in IDFC bank before around 6 months and the EMI of that loan is paid every month from their SBI account.
                  The problem that we are facing is the service that is currently running and not stopped by banks and they have already debited are ₹ 2000 as ECS/ACH Refund charges. After the loan settled and NOC from bank is received. So please do the needful and take appropriate action in this matter.

                    Yesterday I was trying to transfer 6000/- from IDFC imps (UPI). The payment was failed and it was showing Timed out but my money was deducted from my account. After submitting complains too many times and also I have spoken to the customer support but not received my money back yet. As per RBI policy I should received my money back within 24 hours but I haven't received yet....

                    Hello,

                    You are one of the financial company that provides a consumer durable loans for customer but i have some complaints against you.
                    My loan account number is 65322620 . And due date of payment is 2nd of every month. Today I am paid my first EMI 3160/Rs.- in phone pay app.then again debited automatically my account 3160/-Rs. My EMI debited is twice.

                    your customer care department also not respond.

                    I send mailed the bank customer care also but they have given me no response.

                    Request your support for returning back amount of 3160/-RS.

                    Please solve my issue.

Several times i have tried to call customer support but there was no option to talk to them after calling on the given number. I still not received my money back....

                      I purchased product from myntra of 5889 on 28th march. However because of some unforeseen situations i canceled the same and myntra has confirmed that they have issued refund already. However i did not get any confirmation on this. This is cheating and bluff with customer trust. Due to this my partner bank BOB has not canceled the emi and also informed me first emi start from my account. Would request you to take immediate action on cancelling the loan. I am posting thus complaint to consumer forum as well for this harassment

                        I received email on 20th march 2022 from idfc bank giving a link to click and apply for insurance policy. as there was no terms and conditions mentioned on the email so i wanted to get more information on this policy.
                        i applied by sending sms message on the number provided in this email by the idfc bank.
                        instead of receiving any terms /conditions or any other details applicable on this policy i received sms within 5 minutes informing that policy is under consideration and amount of Rs. 2200 /- will be debited directly from my saving bank account which i hold at idfc bank.
                        as soon as i received this sms i contacted customer care of bank and informed that i cannot accept issuance of policy or deduction of money from my saving account. so i requested them not to make any deduction from my savings account without confirmation from myself. i also asked them to send me terms anc conditions of policy which i will study and if needed i will apply fresh in case it is required.
                        the amount of Rs. 2200/- was deducted from my saving bank account on 21st match 2022
                        since this day i am repeatedly calling customer care, relationship manager and branch manager of bank to refund my money but nothing has happened till today.

                            In the name of lakshmidevi my mother from the last year they are tourchering to for recovery but we have cleared the amount for an employee of idfc bank but they did not deposited to our account we have informed to the idfc bank but they have now folding we dnt know who's that picked the amount from u so now we want the amount so y I want to pay the amount twice
