Hi Team,

Got a call from guide she is so unprofessional that she started texting me on my personal number in Telegu language, We ask what is loan she don't have that much patience to explain to the customer., Am not you customer nor i have any cards from you bank but still you have my number & calling me & chasing me everyday...they called me from [protected] & [protected] in this number they are disconnecting & not connecting us to SR Manager & without placing on hold taking in regional Lang!

Adding to the above when we have called back to the number [protected] a person pickups the call and speaks in the regional language. No proper handling of the call and zero percent in call etiquette.

    daily. Fed up with these irritating calls. They are asking to take personal loans. and topup existing loan..

    I have answered many calls and told i don't need and to stop calling me but no use. Also complained through mail to idfc. No response from their side. Now regretting taking a loan from IDFC. Kindly help in resolving the issue. Also where should i complain about this (like to cyber cell or consumer board).

      Refer to My CIBIL files indicating that there was a personal loan for Rs.30, 000/- with an Ac No 57184933. But I didn't borrow from IDFC Bank. Therefore, please correct the same and notify CIBIL as well. Please deactivate this account its not related to me.

          Team,

          I'm writing this email to inform you about IDFC Employee and Collection Agent who tortured and harassed for pending amount on my credit card.

          I have taken credit card from idfc bank 6 months ago. Due to some financial issues, I have not made payment of minimum amount from past two months.

          I had a continuous calls from Agency about non payment of dues. I have explained my situation and I said I need some time to clear my dues. In the month of March, person in the photo not wearing idfc card but representing as he is bank employee called me for payment.

          I requested him to provide me EMI option on monthly basis so that I can pay easily every month for long duration. He criticized me not to pay any amount. After some time, he again called me and said that Im having your family numbers and indirectly threating that he will remove my fame infront of your family members by calling them.

          Later yesterday he visited my home. I formally requested to come to my home. I have explained all my financial situation and again requested for emi option. I said I don't have enough funds to clear my dues, best I can suggest is convert into emi and I can start paying. They said they goona stay at my home until payment is made. I said it's your wish.

          Again, he called my uncle and informed him about payment. He tried to keep me bad infront of my relatives and family members.
          Even my uncle told to him time but not listened. He tried to keep calling my uncle and irritated him. Please note, my uncle is no where responsible on my pay but still he interrupted.

          Later this became big mess and called police regarding the situation. Then they left.

          Names seems big bank and great trust but worst level and not having any sense in dealing with clients. I will definitely keep public and all other social platforms along with photos about the situation happened to me.

          They have completely removed my name and fame infront of every one and I call for defemation case for calling my realtives, familiy members as I no where given authority to call them since I gave my brother number as secondary.

          I urge to take action on them and they should call me ask for sorry. Else I can take it to next level in all social media looping consumer complaints authorities and HR commission to further extent.

            I am Having one Loan Which age of 6months of EMI. Till now i have paid 3 emi's and my 4th emi which is cost of 1154/- of march-2022 EMI I paid through with Online Payment which they have mentioned in Their application.
            My March month emi i paid with Online app because of getting continuous message and due to feb month dates difference i paid in online. after paying the emi also 2nd of march i charged with EMI Bounce and which 590- even after paying the emi amount.
            We are got an additional offer which we are getting calls from collection people and they are behaving like rowdies like who told you pay in online like that.
            Here i want discuss with many points which is need do discuss and how they are playing with customers.
            1. At any where they didn't mentioned what is the amount the amount they are charging for emi bounce(even we pay also) with the name also. which is 18% gst without mentioning at any where in website.
            2. They didn't mentioned in anywhere the instructions of EMI's like when we need pay online emi and when we are calling to customer care they telling us after 25th of a month customer can't able pay in online.. have you mentioned any where your website or anywhere in our application.
            3. why your allowing people to pay online after 25th. other banks following some the rules after payroll they wont allow to pay in online.. have you mentioned at any where you can tell me.
            4. Why collection people is us for amount which we have paid already. after paid successfully status updated in statements also. and blindly how you are allowing those rowdies to call customers with knowing the information.
            5. what i can understand i have done mistake taking of loan in IDFC First BANK.
            HERE I AM ASKING THIS BANK TO COLLECT EMI'S OR EMI BOUNCE CHARGES..?
            IF ANY ILLERATE PEOPLE ARE THERE HOW THEY WILL HARRSED BY THE NAME COLLECTION.

            HOW THIS BANK ALLOWED TO PLACE NAME RBI RULES®ULATIONS I DON'T KNOW.

            HOW amitabh bachchan BECOME BRAND AMBASIDOR OF THIS STUPID AND WASTE BANK.

            I need penalty for this this is my 1st emi bounce in our career and we are felling very guilty which we got a stupid call from collection people with out knowing proper information.

              I offer by idfc first bank a peorsonel loan of 50 thousand and they confirm me that loan tenure is 36 month with emi with 2239 RS per month then i agreed for loan then after loan amount credited to my bank acount a verification call come for confirming for mount was creditedto acount then madam said me the tenure of your loan is 2239 for 48 month. then i argue with madam on phone call this wrong i offerd by bank 36 month tenure and after loan was debursting how can you change the tenure. that madam told WE NEVER OFFERED YOU TENURE OF 36 MONTH then after i told her that you revers the prosidure and i dont want your loan the madam told this not possible that is only possible with heavy charges ... then i am completly shoked that how can i prove that i offered 36 month and bank asking for 48 month after some days i resieved a welcome letter from bank that letter shown tenure of 36 is correct but bank dont agree i several time call the mank manager but they dont care ... so pls help becouse of current finacial condition of mine is not capeble to pay 48 month emi i already paid near about 34 imes but bank asking for 16 more emis and they send me notice of lok adalat bandra court this is pure harrasment from bank ...so pls help me out thanks

                    pay me some amount. So, he asked me to open Paytm and I will send Hi.
                    Thenafter he asked that he will pay me amount provided I pay him Rs. 2 for
                    try purpose. To this I paid Rs. 2. Similarly, he kept on asking for amount
                    and in same fashion Rs. 12000, Rs. 24000 and Rs. 36000 got deducted
                    from my account.

                                    Hello Team, This complaint is regarding documents which have been compromised and misused by IDFC bank and now they are torturing us making repetitive calls for EMI. Let me explain you the whole story.
                                    In Feb 2019, I had applied loan against Bosch Machine from Vijay Sales, Saket. The representative who was there at that moment Mr Asrar Ahmad (now sits at lajpat nagar vijay sales), misplaced my files and told me to provide my wife's document to process the file.

                                    As per banker, I have taken personal Loan and also he confirmed my details but A/c number in which money got transferred from Bank does not belong to me.

                                    I don't understand How this bank did physical verification. The address they have, I have never put up in that place. In fact I have not been in Delhi since the pandemic started. I fail to understand how banker verify the details and processed loan without getting my personal identity checked.

                                    Bank is totally responsible for this negligence and when someone has done fraud, now they are bothering us day and night.

                                    I have never been defaulter in any bank and always paid all my EMI before due date, so IDFC bank should be penalised incase my CIVIL scores get impacted due to their negligence.

                                      This is CHINTA YEKA VEERA SURYA my EMail chinta.[protected]@gmail.com . Here my complaint is that Rs 99 ECS Return from my bank account on date of 23 Dec 2021 . I don't have any active loans with IDFC Bank.

                                      10 January 2022 Rs.590 was deducted from my account in name of ECS return on 23 Dec 2021 TPCAPFRST IDFC FIR without any reason.

                                      I shall be highly obliged if you take necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

                                      This is Sathish H my EMail [protected]@gmail.com Here my complaint is that Rs 472 & 351 ECS Return from my bank account on date of 09 Mar 2022 & 24 Mar 2022.

                                      I have Loan and that Loan EMI i Already Paid with Returns Charges also for one Day Delay and why again and again you people are chargeing the ECS return charges .
                                      i want my money back and i want to Preclose the Loan beacuse i dont want this kind of services.
