      Hello Team, This complaint is regarding documents which have been compromised and misused by IDFC bank and now they are torturing us making repetitive calls for EMI. Let me explain you the whole story.
      In Feb 2019, I had applied loan against Bosch Machine from Vijay Sales, Saket. The representative who was there at that moment Mr Asrar Ahmad (now sits at lajpat nagar vijay sales), misplaced my files and told me to provide my wife's document to process the file.

      As per banker, I have taken personal Loan and also he confirmed my details but A/c number in which money got transferred from Bank does not belong to me.

      I don't understand How this bank did physical verification. The address they have, I have never put up in that place. In fact I have not been in Delhi since the pandemic started. I fail to understand how banker verify the details and processed loan without getting my personal identity checked.

      Bank is totally responsible for this negligence and when someone has done fraud, now they are bothering us day and night.

      I have never been defaulter in any bank and always paid all my EMI before due date, so IDFC bank should be penalised incase my CIVIL scores get impacted due to their negligence.

        Hi,

        This is CHINTA YEKA VEERA SURYA my EMail chinta.[protected]@gmail.com . Here my complaint is that Rs 99 ECS Return from my bank account on date of 23 Dec 2021 . I don't have any active loans with IDFC Bank.

        10 January 2022 Rs.590 was deducted from my account in name of ECS return on 23 Dec 2021 TPCAPFRST IDFC FIR without any reason.

        I shall be highly obliged if you take necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

        This is Sathish H my EMail [protected]@gmail.com Here my complaint is that Rs 472 & 351 ECS Return from my bank account on date of 09 Mar 2022 & 24 Mar 2022.

        I have Loan and that Loan EMI i Already Paid with Returns Charges also for one Day Delay and why again and again you people are chargeing the ECS return charges .
        i want my money back and i want to Preclose the Loan beacuse i dont want this kind of services.

        I shall be highly obliged if you take necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

          This is to inform you that the person from legal department is continuing harassing me threatening and abusing me the numbers are as follows[protected],[protected].
          I have not taken any loans or product it's only that brother have given my reference number.so these people are continuing calling me.i have already reported this to Rb I have called up and lodge a complaint.
          If somebody else have done something wrong I am not answerable to it .I have been taking depression pills as my son have died .
          Pls pls help me out and take strict action against those people

            Dear Team,
            Inspite of sending hundreds of mail to the IDFC customer care (REF:IDB0317743), I am not getting any support to get my money which has matured since last year. Please help me in reaching my problem to the concerned person who can actually help me out . As a senior citizen during the pandemic, I got an extremely disappointing behaviour from the IDFC . Please help me in resolving my problem.

                I am continuously getting marketing calls regarding credit card. I have told them multiple times but still different executives calls me almost daily. Its very disturbing and irritating. I dont want to receive marketing call anymore.

                  I purchase a phone in emi. And I paid all dues with extra 400 they charged me for foreclose account.but within 5 mont still they deduct money from my bank account.when I contac there agent he gave me customer care number..and when I call them they demanding more 2000 for foreclose account. .its horible.. and still they deducting meney from account

                    Easy buy card not working

                    Am trying to buy the products from Flipkart and Amazon but am getting an error like 'Your account is temporarily disabled'.

                    One time am already contacted to the idfc customer care but they told account is not disabled.

                    Team,

                    IDFC Bank is charging the amount which was not communicated to me till date.
                    I had a loan running with them on 19% interest which is more than anything in terms of RBI regulations, then now I transferred the same to HDFC Bank same amount on 10% which is half of the ROI.

                    Now when I want closure they are asking me to pay 5% as foreclosure, which was not communicated to me by any RM & bank till date.
                    What the hell they are asking for they consumed more than 1.2 lac in 15months on 2.70lac amount and again they are asking me to pay if I am paying them before maturity?
                    Are they nuts or they think they can suck blood service class family..
                    i will sue or will suicide mentioning IDFC & ASIF ALI - RM if this is not waived & forclosed ..!
                    I want this asap.

                      Hi I have an existing idfc loan account. Idfc sent me this easy buy card. I was trying to purchase the durables using it via instacred, but insta cred says the mobile number I am trying to login with is not registered with any of thier partner banks. And I have only one mobile number, which is alone registered with idfc. I wonder why they sent a card when I am not registered with them. Why did they sent this Card? To trouble us to not to buy anything or to humiliate us stating you r not registered with us . I want to use the card, my registered number says its is not registered, help me out

                        Cancel / deactivate my emi card immediately

                        I dont want your emi card. Please cancel / deactivate my emi card immediately and also refund my yearly charges 99 Rs. deducted by you. I remind this matter again and again timely but no relief given to me.
                        Please stop sending the messages send by your bank any time and resolve my problem early.

                        Hi Recently I checked that multiple loan have been activated by IDFC Bank without my knowledge. I want to report such action by whoever did this.
                        I've also raised this complain on IDFC portal with id [protected] but its closed and now not able to track progress in this.
                        Please check loan account number details below and close these loan account as soon as possible.

                            I tried to add money to my fastag idfc wallet today at 6:30 and 6:32 it got deducted twice, that is rupees 502 twice but I can see only one recharge in my account, the other once isn't reflecting. I am attaching the photos and statement below

                              I have never been a customer of IDFC Bank and never taken a loan out of this bank either.
                              Yet they keep calling almost 10 times a day pestering to take loans!

                              Is there a way to register to DND?
                              This is urgent as I am a working professional who cannot keep disconnecting IDFC calls in the middle of office meetings.

                              Tried blocking these SPAM calls and SMSs via Truecaller but even that is falling short now.

                                I got Rs. 7000 amount through Flipkart Pay later service offered by IDFC bank through mobile no. [protected] Now my Flipkart account has been blocked due to some reason and they said they can't help to close/delete/deactivate Flipkart pay later service. I haven't used this amount ever. But it is affecting my Credit CIBIL score showing this amount as active in Credit bureau report. Remove/deactivate this amount so that it should not reflect in my credit report
