I never contacted or opened an account with IDFC's first bank. But 45k persona loan is shown and also the due amount of 3122 is being shown. It also affected my civil score and reduced 200 pts for the same.

How I got a personal loan when I was never contacted is a mystery to me and personally, I don't like such mysteries without letting me know

      IDFC bank Flipkart pay later due

      Hi, Iam Dhinesh
      I am not able to pay my Flipkart pay later dues that is issued by IDFC first bank limited.

      Its been a lot of time and same is reflecting in my CIBIL. kindly look into it and help me to clear off my dues if any....

      Welcome kit not deliver your courier partner. It is not my mistake. My address and phone number is genuine. But the bank freezes my savings account. First of all to select best courier partner... Very disappointed

        My self Sawal kishor kumar. On 5th Jan 2022 my EMI date but deduct money 590 for late fee today 08:57 pm. How you cut money before 11:59 pm. Still money in my account but i got massage from you like -
        Dear Customer, your ECS Debit for Rs.1703 fvg TPACHIDFCFIRSTBANK rejected on account of Insufficient Balance. Rtn charges of Rs. 500 and applicable GST will be debited from a/c-Canara Bank.
        Plz look into this and refund my deduct money.

            Was a Flipkart Plus member from the last 1-2 years. But, around 17 days back, Flipkart had blacklisted my account saying that high number of returns (but, sellers also cancelled many orders).

            And as of today, I have sent them dozens of Emails and I had called them so many times. Previously they were saying that my account is absolutely okay and having no issues. There might be some technical issues so I am unable to login and access my Flipkart account. But, today I got a email quoting that my account has been blacklisted due to high no. Of returns.

            Now please tell me what to do?

            I have begged them so many times to share any link or tell me some procedures to clear my dues of my Flipkart paylater amount. but not sharing any link or telling any procedures to clear my dues. Please help me, if there are any options.

            Since Flipkart pay later is sponsored by IDFC bank please help me sir to clear my due I'm willing to pay my full due amount today is my last date of payment

              I am Anup Kumar Pandey and my loan account number is 37887871 from IDFC.
              I had taken a loan of two wheeler bike 1 year ago, in which I had to deposit only 80320 rupees till now, so I deposited the entire loan on 21st December 2021 but, They still haven't updated my loan payment in the system and bounced my loan on 1st and 2nd January, due to which Rs-872 has been charged in my account and who will pay the damages which will affect my CIBIL.
              So I request you to kindly investigate this and take immediate action.

                I was just exploring how to open and account and misread the AMC and created a account in haste, the last step included a step where you could enter otp before the account has to opened . I didn't wanted to open the account so I closed the web page but now I got email stating that my account has been opened.
                Please close the account and I don't intend to do any KYC either.

                  I bought a product from flipkart by using flipkart paylater emi. I paid all my EMI on time. But in IDFC it's showing that still 2 emi still left. I didn't get why it was showing. So I complained in idfc and flipkart. Flipkart said this is idfc fault they will fix it. and IDFC accept and said we will fix it just provide all payment proof. I provided all information and proof. But they didn't fix the problem. they didn't close my loan. I'm complaining about it since October, I call them every week for this problem. but they didn't fix it. So terrible service of idfc bank. worst bank and worst customer services. because of this ridiculous thing my cibil score draining day by day. This is a just a simple work. they are not doing it. three months I calling them for this problem.
                  most of the customer executive misbehaves and zero knowledge guy.
                  why I trusted them and flipkart I don't know.
                  I provided all payment proof and all screenshot. and I got call from loan department too, the guy said we will close the loan don't worry. we have all proofs but they didn't.
                  Please help me about this problem.

                      I had a Flipkart pay later account with number ending with 4569. I made the payment to this account on time in September 2020 but the same was not updated due to which my credit score has fallen. I contacted Flipkart and IDFC and got a no dues certificate from IDFC in November 2021 but the same has still not reflected in my December report. I made a complaint to CIBIL, equifax and transunion. They informed that they are waiting for IDFC for confirmation. It is a request to check with CIBIL departments and get my CIBIL rectified.

                          IDFC First Bank using my old ECS mandate and debited 99 Rs without my authorization.

                          Transaction Reference : UMRN HDFC[protected]

                          If this is being done to other customers as well, then it could be big scam, as such amount is not noticed by others

                          I was also debited Rs.99 without my consent. This is a big thing, deducting such amount from large number of customers.

                            I took many loans from dmi finance, IDFC bank and many and I clear all loans without late payment but still all this loans are in active stages and because of that my loads and credit card are rejected

                                I have a flipkart pay later account powered by idfc fisrt bank from 2019.
                                My account number is 27668384.
                                I have not used any limit on may 2021 but from may 2021, my cibil report shows that their is some outstanding amount on your idfc fisrt bank account and this continued for 5 month. My credit score goes very down without my any fault. I contact to the cibil department for this error, they said that this reports is sended by the bank. I contact to flipkart but flipkart employee said that your account has all clear and no outstanding amount then, I contact to idfc customer care and same they said that no outstanding amount on your account.
                                Then i check on different cibil score sites like cibil, experian, equifax etc. but they all shown the same. And now without my any concent, idfc bank closes the loan last month with a status - suit filed, written off.
                                I want to immediately correct my all previous months report by the bank and report it to all credit score departments and change the account status to be closed without any errors.

                                    This is for your kind information that I had cleared my consumer loan 4 months ago .
                                    Due to my busy schedule I was not able to reach bank for NOC.
                                    But, the clearance was not updated in your system. And receiving continues ECS to the concern bank and continues calls from the collection department.
                                    Every time I am explaining the same to the collection department. But no one bothered regarding the clearance.
                                    And finally today I had received a call from one of the collection agent of IDFC.
                                    And the way he is discussing with the customer like is not at all acceptable.
                                    I request your team to look in to this issue
