Someone got a bike and gave my name as a reference number. These people don't cross check with the reference number given before giving loan. If they don't get the EMI paid they are then calling directly to the reference number. I even mentioned them so many times to update the buyer's proper number. He said that and all we can't update. I was explaining him clearly that I am not involved in this at all. He didn't even listened. He was so rude and he swear me with bad words and said you are not able to pay EMIs. Anyways I am going tomorrow to complaint about him to the branch manager or to the police.

I wanted to recharge my FAST TAG Account. When ever i went to login, i am not able to login as i have forgot my password. multiple times i tried to login after a long gap.

I am trying to buy a laptop from Flipkart using idfc easy buy card and every time the transaction get declined
With showing transaction declined on basics of risk

TO muck call and massaging from idfc bank please stop

Sir i have a flipkart pay later account with loan acc no 29532487 powered by idfc first account. . you have wrongly reported an outstanding amount of rs 1680 to experian and cibil . due to which my experian score was reduced from 810 to 719 . you should report the right amount to cibil and experian. Whereas my dues in flipkart pay later account is zero. Rectify as soon as possible. It had never happened before.

I have an ongoing IDFC consumer loan . I am getting unwanted calls for the last 6 months regarding home loans, various other products continuously sometimes upto 20 calls a day in my registered mobile number.I have blocked the numbers but the calls still keep on coming from various other random numbers.
Pls note that I am convalescing and need to take rest specially in afternoons but the calls are causing tremendous mental & physical agony. Pls at once stop all calls from IDFC and I don't want any further calls from IDFC. These types of calls are putting IDFC in very poor light.

team this is bidyut sahaji and my concern is that i have pay later option in flipkart loan by idfc bank on the month of 05.06.2021 my due was 1559 something where i call customer care and also there is option is there minimum due i paid on this month minimum due only when i checked my cibil and experian score where show that i have loan of idfc bank loan amount of 1000/- where flipkart provide me 3000 amount of pay later and error show that i have outstanding amount 3098/- this is reason i experian score down 781 to 685 i reach out to flipkart cc but no resolution request for the help.

I have purchased Fast Track from your bank. I received the same on 15.05.2021. As per your Fast Tag Customer care i send them Photo of Fast Tag & RC Copy of my car. Till after more 2 Months my Fast Tag is not activated. Everytime they send me the mail send both things once again.

Please help me out to recover my money or activate the Fast Tag.

dear sir,
i vallapu narsimulu have taken loan against property in the year 2017 on the name of " vaibhav tyres marketing". I have taken 2 loans on my two properties where your bank has given[protected] : loan no :[protected] &[protected] :loan no :[protected]. Till march 2020 i have paid my emi regularly without any defualt (around 535000 each month).

My wife has FD with IDFC first bank for last 3 years for 8 year tenure. She is getting 12500 as interest for one year. Last year bank reported 8, 50, 000 as income on FD of 150000 to income tax department. After complaining they have not taken any action. Income tax department sent a notice for not declaring income to my wife. I had to refile the revised returns for my wife and spend money to CA. Till today bank has not rectified that with income tax and shown inability to do that, that too verbally. Income tax may sent query in future and I need to spend money and time due to bank’s mistake.
This year bank has shown 23500 as interest on same FD on my name. The actual income was 12500 which my wife received and not me. Now I have, to prove to IT that I have not received this income and again fight with income tax.
How a bank can be so reckless and show lacks of rupees as income which is somebody else's on our name and not able to rectify with income tax. I had to run from pillar to post last time to collect in come certificates from all banks at the last movement.
Bank is troubling us every year and not taking any action. After complaining to bank's site. They just closed the case without contacting or writing to me.
Next year they may report crores of rupees on my name and I just have to prove that I have not received.

How a bank can escape like this by giving mental agony to us?

We've been receiving calls from idfc customer care services continuously. Can someone please look into this? It is really disgusting receiving calls without any response and sometimes the agent who's attending the call is rude. They're just telling that if you want, attend the call or else ignore. Is this the way you respect and treat people? If the calls which we are receiving not related to idfc, then why the hell they're informing that they're from idfc? If you want I can also provide the screenshots of the calls we received. Even if we block few numbers, they're calling from a different number.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have loan from IDFC BANK and ecs tagged with hdfc bank and as per loan agreement ecs present on 2nd of month but idfc bank not present ecs on time. I have enough money in my account but IDFC bank present ecs and ecs return.
In last 3 month they counties same. In this month IDFC BANK recovery agent mental haras and visit my home and threat me.

Unfortunately for reasons unknown TDS against the interest amount has been deducted through my PAN NO.(ADHPB6349K) as reflected in my 26(AS) statement of Income tax department
I shall be obliged if you kindly intimate me through return email or to my mobile no.[protected] asap as to what steps or actions next to be done to receive the said maturity amount.
