I'm getting minimum 10 calls daily from IDFC bank for personal loans.
Some days are so bad that I get 8 calls back to back from similar numbers. Even if I disconnect the call they keep calling me again and again. This is pure harassment. I'm not able to concentrate on my office work. Kindly help and take strict action against IDFC bank. If I was a citizen o[censored]S or any Western country by now the people calling from IDFC bank would have been sued and put behind bars for calling and harassing random people for personal loans. Why are such institutions being allowed to harass common people for the sake of business? Request GOI to do thorough investigation as to how such banks get PII data like phone numbers of Indian citizens and make unsolicited calls. Please take this complaint seriously and put an end to this mindless harassment by IDFC bank.
