    Due to pandemic I have loss my source of earning. I am payable only approx 13000/- (Thirteen Thousand ) EMI amount. But I am helpless. Right now I am not able to pay that small amount. So I request that agents give me some time for repayment. She using bad language to my family and me. And frequently calling me. And torturing me frequently after every 5 minutes. I am frustrate of this. So please stop this. Give me solution..

        I am receiving random calls for payment of loans from different numbers regarding payment of loan which belong to some other individual named Manoj kumar . They are stating that as per our record he hasnt paid and your number has been registered. If you don't pay we will lodge a case against you. Kindly look in this matter .           Sir, I have checked CIBIL credit report.. There was showing IDFC personal loan and consumer loan of loan enquiry.. I have never done loan enquiry or never applied loan to IDFC bank.. I have no contact with IDFC bank or I don't know IDFC bank.. why are they showing loan enquiry.. plz I kindly request you to delete these 2 loan enquiry from credit report.. also my CIBIL score has impacted to 18 points... First was cibil score 744 then after it get down to 725 due to these company violation.. plz I request you to rectify my CIBIL score and delete loan enquiry plz

            The Personal Loan people in the HDFC bank simply call every 5min to ask i need Personal Loan, i am fed up of block their numbers as they call using different numbers every time.

              Threatening and Harassment calls from IDFC agents

              I've taken a used car loan and I'm paying my EMIs on time (Check my records) However, I'm getting threatening calls from the agents to pay emi on time or else they'll keep calling me at 7 am in the morning. I've also escalated this to the social media team and spoke to them about my issue. They said do not worry and they'll stop the calls.               My loan account number TWA 30808877
              I made payment of my loan from paytm on 2nd of July 2021 of 2503 Rupees . Again on 7th of july 2021 2503 rupees has been deducted from mandate bank account.
              Customer complaint number is not reachable And their customer support mail is Not working too.
              This happend for the second time.
              Please help me.
              I want a refund this time in urjent need and those guys deducted even after payment.

                To whom so ever it may concern.

                My self Nishant Patel owe a personal loan of 1 lac 21295677, but due to financial issues my emi's are running irregular. I have paid this month emi.Today date 07.07.21 I recieved a call from recovery agent on due emi. Recovery agent is not in favour of my current situation. Recovery agent made a home visit today 07.07.21. they said to vist my work place also. I will clear my dues soon. We all are aware about pandemic situation and struggles going on. I have taken loan from bank that doesn't means that I'm a thief. Every needy person requires as he or she can't fullfil. This is not the way to behave with customers. Recovery agent said will make a revisit by today evening. How recovery agent can force a customer.

                    I have paid extra amount manualy but it is now 2 month over but till now they did not give me refund of excess amount i have sent my cancel cheque to them many times.

                      I'm getting minimum 10 calls daily from IDFC bank for personal loans.

                      Some days are so bad that I get 8 calls back to back from similar numbers. Even if I disconnect the call they keep calling me again and again. This is pure harassment. I'm not able to concentrate on my office work. Kindly help and take strict action against IDFC bank. If I was a citizen o[censored]S or any Western country by now the people calling from IDFC bank would have been sued and put behind bars for calling and harassing random people for personal loans. Why are such institutions being allowed to harass common people for the sake of business? Request GOI to do thorough investigation as to how such banks get PII data like phone numbers of Indian citizens and make unsolicited calls. Please take this complaint seriously and put an end to this mindless harassment by IDFC bank.

                          I tried to recharge my IDFC FASTAG using UPI and it is showing success at my UPI app but the recharge amount is not reflecting in my FASTAG account. I tried to call on their Toll-Free number but they do not even bother to receive the call even after 15 to 20 minutes of waiting.

                          Dear IDFC FASTAG team, please refund my recharge amount if you are not going to add the same in my FASTAG account. A complete disappointment and I am not going to use your worst ever service in future.

                              From past 5 years I am getting call from IDFC first bank. And nowadays from 6 months I get daily 10 -12 calls for loans. Each and every time I said them to remove my number from their system they says OK but again the same things repeats. It's irritating harrasment. I even told them please do put my number on DND but no worth. Is this the way harass customer. Aaj toh har hogaiii... They called me unless picked up the call, when I told them I want to speak with your manager or supervisor he won't get it nor even he disclosed me the location of his workplace just mentioned it's IDFC head office in Mumbai but not provided the exact location. It's too torchering. Please save me from these calls.

                                My folio number is idb0122792. I hold 4 bonds of rs5000/- each which matured on[protected]. I did not receive maturity proceeds and yearly interest from feb 2015. I had shifted my address in 2014 and that could be the reason for non receipt of the interest and warrant. Fund manafer k-financial tech ltd are not accessible. Pl. Look into my complaint and arrange to remit the proceeds. My new address is as follows-

                                  I’m working person. I have already told you guys that I don’t want any type of loan NOT HOME, NOT PERSONAL, NOT EDUCATIONAL, AND NOT OTHER. still you guys are continuously calling me and messaging me, It’s like 10-12 calls daily and 15-20 messages it’s actually very disturbing.

                                  One last time I request you please stop all kind of service call, message, email or any other type of contacting.

                                  I seriously don’t need any type of service from you and after facing this type of harassment behaviour in future I’ll don’t want to do any business with your bank.

                                    Please stop me spamming call on my mobile number, daily there is 30-40 call for loan request, everytime I can't keep on rejecting or else I will have to lodge a complaint against you and close the idfc ebc account.

                                      I have been getting calls from IDFC customer banking and offers continuously 10-15 calls and is getting disturb due to same.
                                      Due to this way i am missing out many important calls.
                                      When asked from where did you got my number they cut the calls,
