I am receiving call from IDBC bank regarding providing loan. I have blocked many no. of the call center, stile i am receiving call. pl stop calling i am not interested in loans.

My self dr. Bhavin chande, given forclosure request on 15/07/2021, for my loan account no 29037887, of idfc bank, eventhough so many time ofrequest to them, they still doesnt issue forclosure for my account, that will wasting of my money of interest rate since 25 days,

I'm getting too many calls from IDFC bank telemarketers. I told multiple times that I don't need any service and I'll contact back if required. But its no use. I started blocking the numbers. I get calls from different numbers. That too more than 5 calls in a day. I feel exhausted because of this.

I got a vehicle loan from "Capital First" Finance 6 years back. They got my number that time. After it has become IDFC bank, I'm getting these kind of annoying calls.

Dear sir my name is vishesh Kumar, sir i have not credit any loan on idfc first Bank, but Today I have check my civil score then show me 500 rs Loan and total amount 3850 rs and idfc loan account number 27679443, sir I have belong to verry poor family and lost my jobs 8 month ago due to covid and my financial situation is bed so pls help me.

In February 2021, IDFC issued me IDFC FIRST SELECT credit card No. [protected] with a welcome offer of Rs. 500 voucher subject to spend of Rs. 15000 within 60 days of card activation. However I spent more than 15K within 60 days, IDFC has not issued me gift voucher of Rs.500. Customer support is very poor in IDFC.

Someone got a bike and gave my name as a reference number. These people don't cross check with the reference number given before giving loan. If they don't get the EMI paid they are then calling directly to the reference number. I even mentioned them so many times to update the buyer's proper number. He said that and all we can't update. I was explaining him clearly that I am not involved in this at all. He didn't even listened. He was so rude and he swear me with bad words and said you are not able to pay EMIs. Anyways I am going tomorrow to complaint about him to the branch manager or to the police.

I wanted to recharge my FAST TAG Account. When ever i went to login, i am not able to login as i have forgot my password. multiple times i tried to login after a long gap.

I am trying to buy a laptop from Flipkart using idfc easy buy card and every time the transaction get declined
With showing transaction declined on basics of risk

TO muck call and massaging from idfc bank please stop

i want to stop all massaging from the idfc bank as early as possible

Sir i have a flipkart pay later account with loan acc no 29532487 powered by idfc first account. . you have wrongly reported an outstanding amount of rs 1680 to experian and cibil . due to which my experian score was reduced from 810 to 719 . you should report the right amount to cibil and experian. Whereas my dues in flipkart pay later account is zero. Rectify as soon as possible. It had never happened before.

I have an ongoing IDFC consumer loan . I am getting unwanted calls for the last 6 months regarding home loans, various other products continuously sometimes upto 20 calls a day in my registered mobile number.I have blocked the numbers but the calls still keep on coming from various other random numbers.
Pls note that I am convalescing and need to take rest specially in afternoons but the calls are causing tremendous mental & physical agony. Pls at once stop all calls from IDFC and I don't want any further calls from IDFC. These types of calls are putting IDFC in very poor light.

I am using different ebc and I facing payment declined issue.

Reason is "idfc first's internal policies"

team this is bidyut sahaji and my concern is that i have pay later option in flipkart loan by idfc bank on the month of 05.06.2021 my due was 1559 something where i call customer care and also there is option is there minimum due i paid on this month minimum due only when i checked my cibil and experian score where show that i have loan of idfc bank loan amount of 1000/- where flipkart provide me 3000 amount of pay later and error show that i have outstanding amount 3098/- this is reason i experian score down 781 to 685 i reach out to flipkart cc but no resolution request for the help.

I have not taken any loans. But I am frequently getting calls from this number [protected]. I got new sim series which was not used by anyone before. But when I tell them I didn't take any loans. but even though i get frequent calls from this number.

I have purchased Fast Track from your bank. I received the same on 15.05.2021. As per your Fast Tag Customer care i send them Photo of Fast Tag & RC Copy of my car. Till after more 2 Months my Fast Tag is not activated. Everytime they send me the mail send both things once again.

Please help me out to recover my money or activate the Fast Tag.

i vallapu narsimulu have taken loan against property in the year 2017 on the name of " vaibhav tyres marketing". I have taken 2 loans on my two properties where your bank has given[protected] : loan no :[protected] &[protected] :loan no :[protected]. Till march 2020 i have paid my emi regularly without any defualt (around 535000 each month).

As we all know the pandemic came suddenly which effected all the businesses . We are also effected by the pandemic as the market is closed for many days . Our major debtors were effected by pandemic which was very tough for us to recover the amount .

In this crisis also we paid the emi's taking only 3 months moratorium. Till date i have paid around 17000000 as interest for both loans .Recently in april 2021 i have closed one of the loan[protected] :loan no) with my own funds.

In the year 2020 on may month my sons as opened a partnership firm in the name of "jai vaibhav tyres marketing' where i hold 50% stake . So our sons are opereating the business in new firm which as done 10cr turnover in last financial year.

As we all know the second wave as affected the market more than the first one. So we decided to apply loan restructuring scheme for loan no 12181076 : .We approched your idfc first bank hyderabad punjagutta branch for loan restructuring. I have submitted all the documents like gst returns, bank statement, itr etc. The credit team had called me and i have answered all their question & explained the current situation . After two days one of your credit team executive has called and said iam not eligible to take loan restructuring scheme as my gst returns from jan & march 2021 is showing null in vaibhav tyres marketing firm.

As i am 55year old affected by covid also, i was not able to manage the business, so my sons were in charge handling all the business related work . As i mentioned above our sons were operating the business in new firm "jai vaibhav tyres marketing " as they were also partners in that firm. I explained your credit team why we had filed nill gst returns in jan, feb, march as the business is going on in partnership firm. I also said if they have problem i will give a official letter that jai vaibhav tyres is sister concern firm . But your credit team were not considering our request .

I am a loyal customer to your bank where i paid one crore seventy lakhs as interest to your bank. In this pandemic situation where we are facing crisis & you are not allowing us to take scheme which has been introduced by rbi.

I expect the higher authority will approve my loan restructuring request as i paid my emi's regularly .
