IDFC bank is calling me atleast 10-15 times in a day and spamming my phone. Can you please take necessary action and ensure no calls from IDFC.
I will walk in to any IDFC bank if any support needed. By the way, I am neither a customer of IDFC nor inquired ever about their products.
Not sure where my details are being sacrified.

    I availed a auto loan from IDFC bank which repayment is over. From the very beginning i was receiving calls regarding getting a personal loan from the said bank for which i donot have any interest. I have repeatedly told them i dont need a personal loan and unsubscribe my number from your call list, but least they bother our request. Previously i received only 5-10 calls a day but things have got worsen these days. Today from morning 9 am, every minute i received a call. Getting disgusted i received once and told i dont need a loan and please stop calling. Then also till now i have received calls for 38 times. This is totally disgusting. Please help me in this regard.

      Myself Sopan Jadhav from Bhiwandi, Thane.Today Morning, I got call in the name of IDFC Loan Recovery Dept. from morning. Called By Santosh Chavan from Chakal Andheri Branch vide Mob No.[protected].

      he called me and ordered to give mob to someone from my area who taken loan from IDFC Bank.
      He again called and shouting on me that why someone from my area not paying Loan EMI on time. what is the logic behind that? He used abusive Language, Harassing Me. I have all the call recordings.
      If I get any call again from IDFC bank then I will Lodge the Police complaint.

        Hi, I am Nildeep Choudhury and on checking my Cibil today i have found an enquiry from IDFC FIRST BANK regarding Consumer Loan application for an amount of 10, 000 which i have not made.

        I had no communication whatsoever with anyone from IDFC FIRST BANK and i had not applied for any consumer loan from them.

        This is a blatant violation of my rights. How can they make unauthorized enquiry for a loan which i did not apply for.

        As a result my credit score went down. If they don't fix this nonsense i will complain in Consumer Complaint Helpline of Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India

          On my cibil report I found there is personal loan of 60000 rupees on my name by idfc first bank for which I never applied before. As well I don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. While I contact to idfc bank they said to contact to flipkart to close pay later account then I have contacted flipkart and closed my pay later account but personal loan of 60000 still showing on my cibil report. I am waiting to get this loan closed for which I never applied. Please take necessary action against this issue. Jay hind

                We have received a notice from IDFC bank for consumer loan taken by someone namely Maiku Lal at our address. We are residing at our address from beginning and don't know any Maiku Lal then whose notice is this. Kindly check and rectify the address in your system.

                      I have been getting several calls from IDFC customer care numbers offering me personal loan or credit card.

                      It’s getting terribly annoying as there are almost 20 calls everyday from different numbers and this is unbearable.

                      I have been telling the executives from about the same but they still continue to call me from different numbers.

                      Can somebody please ask them to stop harassing ?

                            I'm getting too many calls from IDFC bank related to loans. I told them I'm not interested still they are calling me and torturing me. Even though I cut there calls still they are calling me repeatedly. They are calling more than 5-6 times a day. I'm frustrated now. They are kind of irritating me. I'm done with those calls. Please help me.

                              Hi Team,

                              My Sister has taken Loan and Due to Corona he was on loss and unable to pay loan amount. Customer care executives are calling from bank and speaking rudely with my entire family and even they are calling to my relatives. We are not sure who provided the numbers to them (how they got our family and relative numbers) and We said we will pay amount in 2-3 months will interest and our numbers will available we won't switch off our mobiles still they are calling to my old parents and relatives and giving trouble and they even saying if any family person effect with disease will you wont arrange money or Do you don't have gold to repay the amount, ...I don't think such words need to be used by anyone...We are saying that with Interest i will pay on behalf of my brother but need 2-3 months time..but daily calling us for more than 10times and irritating us...i know they are doing their job..still they should understand our sitauation and if want they can take my sign on legal papers that i will pay ..sample executives number [protected] and [protected]

                              No response still now..we are getting non stop calls for my relatives too...what you are accepting from us ..if not able to pay should we do suicide??
                              Today again I and my mother got call and said the lady Sandhya and her colleagues I don't know name ...they are saying they will see us ..they know what to do...I just said money was not arranged I will go to axis bank and I will talk with manager and will take one due date and will pay...she is not listening...if want listen recording as per bank process for every call recording will be there number [protected]

                                I had taken my Scooty from capital first and I have been paying my all emi on time from last three year. Now they started offering me for credit card, even after denying for the card they are continuously calling me five six times a day. Very irritating
                                I will also lodge FIR against this company.
