IDFC Bank Complaints & Reviews

I constantly geet calls from IDFC bank for personal loan in between 1-5 pm. Now they have started calling after 8pm as well for personal loan. Even after repeatedly informing the executive not to call again. I still get calls every day.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased four 2010-11 Tranche-I IDFC infra bonds @rs 5000=00 each (total amount rs20000=00) on 12 Nov 2010. My application no is 51400832 . The RL no is 68782 and Ref no is 2816.
I have received no communication from the company regarding redemption of these bonds so far.
I want to redeem the amount. Pl do the needful.

Spam message and calls from idfc first bank regarding loan it's too frequently distrub me personally

I have received loan proposal call from IDFC BANK. From last 1 month its everyday routine of IDFC Bank, they text me and then call me to take preapproved loan from them. I told them 100 times that no need of any loan now. But again call me 3 to 4 times in a day and on everyday basis. Now i am getting irritate from these calls of IDFC Bank. FROM LAST 1 MONTH ITS EVERYDAY ROUTINE OF IDFC BANK THEY TEXT ME AND THEN CALL ME TO TAKE LOAN OR CREDIT CARD FROM IDFC APPROX 3 TO 4 TIMES IN A DAY ON EVERYDAY BASIS. I HAD DENEY EVERYTIME BUT THEY AGAIN CALL ME ON NEXT DAY. PLEASE STOP THESE CALLS ANYCOST I M IRRITATE FROM THESE CALLS. ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

I borrowed consumable loan to purchase mobile phone. but since 2 month i could'nt paid EMIs. and now since few days IDFC bank's executive are calling and harrasing me. they are using very bad language. and abusing like anything.

My name is ANURAG ARYA, 3 month ago I took loan from IDFC bank and the due date is 2nd of every month, then I pay my EMI 5374 RS. every month of 2nd but the bank charge me bounce charges every month and now this month I paid my bill on 1st June from IDFC first bank app but the money was deducted and money went to paynimo Mutual fund, then bank charged me 1888 Rs. Of bounce charges, and they do same things to every month, please look into the matter and please force them to waive my all bounce charges because I pay my all bills on time, and now this month I paid my bill on 1st June but they deducted my money and didn't refunded and then they changed me 1888 Rs bounce charges. How can I pay this when I don't have money because I don't have job but am paying the bills on time but the bank cheet with me every month

I have a product loan per e.m.i Rs.5288/- total e.m.i 8. i had enough e.m.i cuts in my bank account balance. The company could not get the balance from the bank due to technical region. But the company did not cut any bounce charge because of it . The company charges in the case of 7 & 8 number of e.m.i . I did the full emi council the way i was giving the emi. Company then showed that Rs 944/- is due for bounce charges. Suddenly dated 27.05.2021 company was massage rs 3422/- for bounce charges.
Please help me

I already raised a compliant against idfc bank and they asked me to fill a form to stop promotional messages and i did too.

But still they are sending me spam messages related to loans/credit cards. I dont know if i had to slap them with my chappal i think. These spam bank i think will force us to take loans then start harassing a i can see other complaints on it. MF** As*ls

IDFC bank is harassing me with non stop calls at least 20 a day. I have never asked or enquired for loan but they seem to call for it everyday even after politely refusing. Such a mental torture.

I never made enquiry in IDFC First Bank for consumer loan, but the company did an enquiry without my consent and also eat my 2points from CIBIL SCORE. it is showing in my CIBIL report. Please correct and revert asap.

I lost my job and source of income in 2020
Not found any new job so my emi are pending

But idfc agent call me and harrash me for money, and no action is taken for my previous complaint...

I have cleared the entire Loan on consumer durables in the month of April 2021-Fore closure on 15th April at 7.36pm. Despite repeatedly reminding IDFC they havent updated in their system. This has resulted into non stop calling + additional charges which I am not liable to pay....

I have been trying to contact the IDFC First Bank for my Fastag statements but no proper statements are provided by the bank. They have just sent an excel worksheet with no stamps and signature. Also their online portal does not provide for downloading older statements. I have tried to email and contact them but no response is yet received.

I’m getting repeated calls from this IDFC Bank at least 7-8 in a day which is from automated and with telecallers. I’ve no backlogs or anything from this Bank but still they’re torturing me with their ads which is not relevant to me at any cause. If I’ve any plans for loan or any facilities I’ll never ever contact this back in my lifetime. I’ve requested this bank’s telecallers to just remove or blocklist my numbers but I’m still receiving their calls in both my numbers. Requesting immediate action on this complaint to have a peaceful life.

I dont have any loan from IDFC first bank but daily i am getting your emi of rs 600 is due on ...for idfc first bank GVxxxxxxx0368 etc...please sending msges to me.i am not the person

I get calls from their call center every day offering loans. I have repeatedly requested that they delete my number. It is really annoying. How can a company go on calling like this every day. On top of it every day I also get messages about pre approved loans. I won't take loan from them even if I require because of their cheap tactics. Can this be stopped please!

Hi Am receiving daily spam calls and messages from IDFC representatives/bank. I never share my mobile no with these people nor i never asked for a loan or credit card. I wrote to their customer care/twitter also but there is no response and still they are making calls and sending messages everyday. Attaching proof for your reference for a day.

I am receiving several calls daily minimum 5-6 calls in evening from idfc bank from different numbers mostly starts with "022" i am now getting irritated. kindly stop this calls
