I am getting repeated calls from IDFC bank loan department, to the limit of harassment. I am getting atleast 5-6 calls per day. I have already asked them to remove my details and not to call me, but to no avail. Even if I reject their call, they will call back in 15 mins.

    I am fed up with IDFC calls and sms daily. Please tell them to remove my number otherwise I will do FIR against them. Daily sending SMS and auto calls

      I have a IDFC Capital First card which I got when I purchased an Electronic Item from Bajaj Electronics, hyderabad
      Since then I am bombarded with calls from IDFC. Most of them being recorded voice messages. There is no option to stop and callng the Customer care is a pain with.
      Never have I received so many calls. One call in a day is okay but getting more than 15 calls per day is a real pain.
      Request you to get this stopped.

        I usually get almost 5 to 6 calls a day from IDFC BANK (Call Center) asking to take Personal loan and Credit Cards. Every time I get call from you guys I have been informing your team to remove my number from your records, but no use.

        I don’t understand why you guys are really irritating the common people a lot with your calls, I understand marketing is required in every industry but not to this extend.

        REQUEST YOU TO COMPLETELY REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR RECORDS

          Hi sir, idfc loan proces team offering on 1/4/2021 ( Rate of interest 12%, EMI months 36 and loan money 238836Rs) but updated wrong emi months(48months) imidiatly I calling customer help line number on 3/4/2021and 6/4/2021 requested for cancellation of my loan but not cancelled, cancellation request number 54750330, also 20/05/2021 return credited loan money by cheque (cheque number[protected]RS to idfc first bank RECEIPT NUMBER [protected], 8 to 10 times I requested in April month date 3, 6, 9, 14&16 but not respond idfc first bank, now as loan statement I returned loan money deducted to emi

            My last month emi late because of insufficient balance (only one day) and bank debited Rs 472 and Rs 590(2 time ) emi value is 1201 but overdue charge is 1652 how can i affordable this type of diduction and main point is no any call or msg send me for over due charge and for emi and customers care no. Are not valided for evry time plz support me for clear all errors

              Hi Team,

              I am really very much annoyed by the calls from the IDFC regarding offering loans i am getting nearly 9-10 calls and 3-4 sms daily. I am really not interested in getting any single call from your side please remove my contact number from your data and stop sending SMS and making call to my number - [[protected]].

              If this continues I will never ever go for any loans to IDFC .
              Hoping for the quick response.

                Regarding harassment from IDFC collection agents

                This is a continuation of my earlier complaint against IDFC Bank with the subject line: Regarding harassment from IDFC collection agents.

                  We were in receipt of 2 Demand Drafts ( DD NO 029778 Dt 300321 and DD No 029781 Dt 300321 OF IDFC First Bank Ltd Regarding Redemption of IDFC Long Term Infra Bonds( TR -3-SR 2 10-11Redemption Payment ) . We Had a Bank Account with Union Bank of India ( Account No [protected]) Baner Branch Pune .We Were Operating this Account when we had purchased the bonds . But Unfortunately we have closed this bank account and hence had submitted a request to kindly Re validate the DD ( As DD Mentioned the A/c No o[censored]nion Bank and which is Non Transferable & Non Negotiable ) and Credit the Funds to Our Sara swat Bank account no [protected] Baner Road Branch Pune . The above two DD were Recd in the name of Mr Harsh Dattatraya Oak( Client id -IDC0237767) and Ms Purva Harsh Oak( Client ID -IDC0237770).We submitted the Written Application, attaching the cancelled Cheque of Saraswat Bank, Self attested Aadhar Card and PAN card of both o[censored]s along with the Original Demand Drafts to the IDFC First Bank Ltd, Baner Branch, Pune on 7th April 2021 . The Officials of the bank had immediately Courier the same to IDFC KARVY, Unfortunately the funds are still not credited to our Bank Account, neither we received any kind of Communication from them . Can we get our funds back in time . Can someone look in to this .

                        Hi,
                        After multiple follow ups i am not getting my FastTag card,
                        I called multiple times to FastTag support and also communicated over email,
                        Not getting any satisfactory response, even after a month also.

                        There is no escalation matrix, available, i tried on bank website, nothing works.

                        highly disappointed in this FastTag case.

                              Hi I been getting calls from collection department for Mudiraj Chandrakanth with loan number 20923028.

                              I was his manager way back in 2018, do not know why he gave my number and no where related him nor for the loan he has taken.

                              Chandrakanth also called bank and told them to remove my number and he also send email to [protected]@idfcfirst.com requested to delete my number-No measures taken by bank

                              IDFC Loan Collector calls me and hurl abuses calling me cheap and that I should pay my EMI.

                              An important thing to be noted is that I have never taken any Loan nor defaulted to pay the EMI however IDFC call me every day and mentally harass me from their personal number. I want to file a mental harassment case against IDFC Bank.

                              IDFC have no right to misbehave with me like that. I am also going to the press and Social media for this.

                              I have already raised the issue in various forums and send an email, called Customer support and explained them which is of no use and bank is reluctant to act quickly and meanwhile a unknown person like me has to listen to abuses everyday.

                              If I will get calls harassing me for EMI going forward, I will highlight this is in all social media platforms and press, with call recordings and language they have used, Your bank has created a great injustice and metal torture and used abusive language towards me for Loan which is not related to me.

                              Iam really tired speaking many people from your bank who only promise of taking actions but in reality the problem remains same and effecting me.

                              I am losing all the trust in your bank.

                                Hi with regards to loan Number 20923028.

                                I am getting continuous call from Collection for Loan 20923028 taken by Chandrakanth and I have already highlighted this multiple time and Bank also assured me no one will call me.

                                But i am still getting calls and these call are meant for person Chandrakanth who has taken loan and no where related to this loan, this simple thing need big clarification to the bank and specially collection do not bother and use abusive language.

                                  Alisha from IDFC bank has ensured no one calls from collection department from today, However I am still receiving calls after your assurance, this is very irritating and emotional pain.

                                  1.I have already update customer care : Spoke to shiv Prakash and ensured no one wiil call me.
                                  2.Spoke to Lekha from collection department Yesterday.
                                  3.Send couple of emails to [protected]@idfcbank.com will all the details.
                                  4.Updated my number in the online form with details to not to call me.
                                  5.Spoke to Alisha from IDFC and she has assured me of not calling by collection but after her call i got 25 calls speaking in abusive language.

                                  Please some one act on this and stop calling me, this is such unprofessional way.

                                    Today I spoke to Customer care with Shiva Kumar
                                    I spoke to collection agent Lekha and Meenar today
                                    Also I been assured by Alisha from IDFC Bank that i wont be recieving calls but stills i got 10 calls and after alisha call and they are blackmailing me till chandrakanth pays the EMI, I will get call irrespective of what alisha has promised.

                                    These calls are at it peaks and your bank is casuing me lot of emotional and mental pain.

                                    Its unfortunate that this is encouraged by bank.

                                    Since last one week my job is to explain to bank every day to 20 different persons and collection department do not bother about any thing.
