Hi I been getting calls from collection department for Mudiraj Chandrakanth with loan number 20923028.

I was his manager way back in 2018, do not know why he gave my number and no where related him nor for the loan he has taken.

Chandrakanth also called bank and told them to remove my number and he also send email to [protected]@idfcfirst.com requested to delete my number-No measures taken by bank

IDFC Loan Collector calls me and hurl abuses calling me cheap and that I should pay my EMI.

An important thing to be noted is that I have never taken any Loan nor defaulted to pay the EMI however IDFC call me every day and mentally harass me from their personal number. I want to file a mental harassment case against IDFC Bank.

IDFC have no right to misbehave with me like that. I am also going to the press and Social media for this.

I have already raised the issue in various forums and send an email, called Customer support and explained them which is of no use and bank is reluctant to act quickly and meanwhile a unknown person like me has to listen to abuses everyday.

If I will get calls harassing me for EMI going forward, I will highlight this is in all social media platforms and press, with call recordings and language they have used, Your bank has created a great injustice and metal torture and used abusive language towards me for Loan which is not related to me.

Iam really tired speaking many people from your bank who only promise of taking actions but in reality the problem remains same and effecting me.

I am losing all the trust in your bank.

    Hi with regards to loan Number 20923028.

    I am getting continuous call from Collection for Loan 20923028 taken by Chandrakanth and I have already highlighted this multiple time and Bank also assured me no one will call me.

    But i am still getting calls and these call are meant for person Chandrakanth who has taken loan and no where related to this loan, this simple thing need big clarification to the bank and specially collection do not bother and use abusive language.

      Alisha from IDFC bank has ensured no one calls from collection department from today, However I am still receiving calls after your assurance, this is very irritating and emotional pain.

      1.I have already update customer care : Spoke to shiv Prakash and ensured no one wiil call me.
      2.Spoke to Lekha from collection department Yesterday.
      3.Send couple of emails to [protected]@idfcbank.com will all the details.
      4.Updated my number in the online form with details to not to call me.
      5.Spoke to Alisha from IDFC and she has assured me of not calling by collection but after her call i got 25 calls speaking in abusive language.

      Please some one act on this and stop calling me, this is such unprofessional way.

      I got a email reply from Bank-stating they will ensure no one calls from 13-May, I have to see if this true, I will update on this if I am still getting calls.

        Hi I been getting calls from collection department for Mudiraj Chandrakanth with loan number 20923028.

        I was his manager way back in 2018, do not know why he gave my number and no where related him nor the loan, I tried explaining to the collection agents since 5 days-- 100 times a day and gave Chandrakanth number also.

        Today I spoke to Customer care with Shiva Kumar
        I spoke to collection agent Lekha and Meenar today
        Also I been assured by Alisha from IDFC Bank that i wont be recieving calls but stills i got 10 calls and after alisha call and they are blackmailing me till chandrakanth pays the EMI, I will get call irrespective of what alisha has promised.

        These calls are at it peaks and your bank is casuing me lot of emotional and mental pain.

        Its unfortunate that this is encouraged by bank.

        Since last one week my job is to explain to bank every day to 20 different persons and collection department do not bother about any thing.

          Recovery Team Calling Wrong Person-Despite Speaking to Bank multiple times

          Hi Respected Sir/Madam.

          I writing this with deep pain and grieve, I have raised this concern several times and spoke to at least 20 different people that I am not Mudiraj Chandrakanth and I have not any Loan.

          Still I am getting call this morning starting from 8-it is so irritating and sad that Bank is not bothered to act on this.

          Which Law in India made you to call me my number with out prior verification...

          I don't understand when one time someone from your team itself calls me months back and asked if I would like to shift my EMI loan repayment date, and I agreed and we shifted the date the messages even from IDFC confirmed and this month I have been getting calls continuously asking to pay for the previous set date, however you have deducted 4 times 590/- from my account and for what Is that? when I call your customer care or try to login to the customer portal it is not showing me any details of the 590 deducted amount where is it gone? and why I have not received any message to my inbox at the time of deduction of these transactions?
          team IDFC please don't play with our hardened money please verify with your team over this at the earliest and get back to me.

          this is with regard to the 2 wheeler loan

            Hi, I am getting 20 calls a day under the name of Mudiraj, I do not know who this person and Multiple times I have told them I not related to him anyway.

            Your bank through Recovery team is harassing me everyday and giving me mental torture.

            IDFC First bank please help by removing my number from Recovery list.

            Every time I have to speak to a new person and he says one thing are you mudiraj and you have to pay your EMI. I reply saying I am not and they got the wrong number.

            IDFC please help- it is so irritating that I dont have bank LOAN account nor I know this bank till now.

            I hope someone will solve my problem- Your automated call machine is pain in ###.

              Recovery Team Calling Wrong Person-Every day 30 calls

              Hi I am Getting calls from Recovery Team of IDFC every day minimum 30 calls.

              I just spoke this person with the name of Mudiraj Chandrakanth([protected]) who has taken a Loan in 2018 at Panjagutta Branch Hyderabad. in 2018, I was his manager at that time, but I do not know why he gave my number and I was not informed by Him nor bank verified my number ending with XXXX459898.

              However after speaking to Recovery Team...

              Scam Calls and Identity theft

              Hi I am getting calls from number 809743 series around 20 times a day, saying I have taken a loan from IDFC and need to pay EMI, where as I am hearing the Bank name for the first time and do not have any account in the bank.

              Truecaller identifies as Fraud/IDFC bank, This kind of practice is unethical as you are doing identity theft towards me.

              Please stope this non sense.

              I am really very much annoyed by the calls from the IDFC regarding offering loans i am getting nearly 5 to 6 calls daily. I am really not interested in getting calls from your side please remove my contact number from your data and stop sending SMS and making call to my number - [[protected]].

                My loan is sanctioned two days back but today also customer executive s saying your loan amount will credit today or tomorrow from past two days

                  Person claiming to work with idfc collection department and then asked for repayment of amount when I asked as a customer for product then he was not able to clarify that.

                  Then he said first name correct and last name wrong then I asked that r u working with third party or direct bank then second time he said yes we are third party.

                  Idfc or any other collection dept of any bank confirm this I know it's absolutely no use to write here as bank doesn't care about this about these issues of fraud which harms there reputation.

                    I have been receiving spam calls from IDFC (almost 5-6 calls everyday) from last 2 years. I don't even have an account with them. Is there any way I can stop this? Please let me know if I can proceed legally with Cyber cell or anyone else on this.

                          Hi company is calling me from different numbers every day 7-9 times for their loan services
                          I had called their customer support but they don't bother. they just want to sell and eat customers' head and harras till we take their loan.

                            Please stop this because there are almost 20 calls everyday from different number and this is terribly unbearable

                              I am a very old customer of IDFC i have taken two wheeler loan from IDFC and on March- 21 was my last month of my EMI which was successfully deducted from my account. now what i saw in month Apirl- 26th they have deducted 4k from my account which i dont know why without any information,

                              Now when i am trying to connect with their customer care so even they are not aware that why this amount got debited from my account and they are saying that you will get the refund in next 7 to 8 days,
