              I am lone number is 39753545 i gave my approval to idfc first bank pl on (ROI) 13% P.Y. as the bank sales executive confirm to me and he confirm me that in evening i need to give my document with executive and he will show you your all lone details and emi information but he didn't give any information to me and he told that amountwill not be dispatch without verification and he again call in night time for otp at that time again i asked to him for me lone details he told me after otp verification call will receive and he will confirm me all and he gave me surety that my (ROI) will be on
              13% only. now i am facing lot's off problems mentally & physically harassment i call lot's off time to customer care they confirm me it will take one month please wait alsoi visited bank branch and i summited my written complain no solution from both side .
              today i received one call from bank side and they are telling me that my lone will not be closed because you applied it distally but i applied it on bank executive call information

                I have 4 no IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds. Maturity date- 21.02.2021. Horrible experience with IDFC First Bank. First Bank in India which instead of Speed Post hired Aviral Courier ( A Defunct Courier) with a malintention of creating confusion.
                I have uploaded my bank details, cancelled cheque, PAN card copy on the link provided by them on 18.03.2021. ( Screenshot attached) Also by mail dated 15th March, 21 in response of their press release dated 13th March, 21. Bank through its mail dated 31st March confirmed receiving bank details. But no payment.
                On my complaint at National Consumer Complaint Forum dated 27th March, IDFC First Bank team committed on 30th March to credit the amount in my account within 3 days, but no credit till date. ( Proof attached)
                I have sent them 18 reminders by mail at regular interval and several telephonic calls but IDFC Bank never bothers any thing and enjoying on the poor investors amount.
                I am a senior citizen, helpless person. Kindly help me to persuade bank to credit my redemption amount.

                      I am receiving at least 10 calls from various number starting with 022 claiming IDFC Bank personnel offering Overdraft / Loan . My Mobile no. is registered under DND. Though it was communicated many times to the telecaller not interested / no requirement for any such loan, it was not stopped. The call was immediately followed by a SMS claiming that "you have spoke to our representative . please click the link below to claim the loan offer etc.etc. " Numbers from which calls are receiving are given are" [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]"

                          I registered for fastag service and paid accordingly on 31march 2021. They informed me that I will recieve delivery within 5 working days. It's already 8th of april and no delivery executive, acko or mail i have recieved of the update. I checked the fastag status online but and it shows its activated. But I havent recieved the fastag yet. I tried calling the service toll no. Which is equivalent to no response. If the delivery doesnt happen it like open online robbery!!

                                  I bought and paid for IDFC FIRST fastag on the 10th of Mar'21, which according to the website said will be delivered to me by the 16th of Mar'21.
                                  Today is 02nd April'21 and I have not received my fastag yet. I have tried to speak with customer service on[protected] atleast a million times but the number is either busy or unavailable all the time. Eventually after multiple failed attempts, I sent an email to [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com but haven't heard from them either.
                                  Trouble is, on the website, it says the status of fastag is active so I cannot even buy it from elsewhere because wherever I put in my car details to apply for it again, it says your car already has an active fastag with IDFC FIRST BANK.

                                  I therefore request an immediate solution for my problem and would highly appreciate if someone from somewhere can help me get this sorted and get my fastag delivered.
