IDFC Bank — Behaviour of Executive

The executive from the idfc bank was so illeterate and does not have any understanding of what the customer is trying to say.
I paid an installment of Rs 4506 against two wheeler loan from my Paytm.
It had been debited from my account, but still showing pending in paytm app.
Now, according to that executive, I have to pay again, as they can't wait.
He doesn't have that much brain to understand that the money is in pending and has not been credited back to my account. He doesn't take into account that my money will be debited twice of I make any new payment now.
I hope to see some new recruits from idfc bank, who have a little bit knowledge in this field and can differentiate between a pending payment and a failed payment.
