IDFC Bank — Bounce charges

Dear Sir / Madam.
My Name is UMA MAHESWARI G. loan Number: 37822879. My registered mobile number is [protected] Date of birth :[protected]. My Two Wheeler EMI Due is 2nd of every month. I had sufficient amount in my account from 2nd November 2021 12.15 AM TO 6th November 2021. Because its auto generate i got bounce charges from idfc- Rs. 472 and from my saving account side Rs. 590/-

6th of November i received a sms (copy enclosed) from idfc bank to pay Rs.[protected]+ 472 EMI plus bounce charges). After that i paid through phonepe the aforementioned amount (screenshort copy enclosed). But 7th of November again ECS Charges Rs. 590 debited. Account statement is attached herewith for your reference.

8th of November i contact my saving account, CANARA BANK. They are telling its auto generated because of idfc first bank. they denied to refund the amount. Kindly contact Canara Bank and rectify the problem and refund atleast an amount of Rs. 590 to my account number[protected]. Acutally from 2nd November 2021 i had sufficient funds. Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Now again 472 debited
