This is the 2nd time that IDFC has done this to me. They have on 2 accounts sanctioned loan against my name which I never took.

It took them more than 3 months last time to resolve my query but even after confirming the closure the INCORRECT LOAN is still appearing against my name and my CIBL Score has completely tanked because of that.

    I applied for a two wheeler loan for 18 months but I received the loan tenure of 24 months on paper at first I was shocked but than I decided to go with it because the EMI amount was reduced.
    Now my last EMI is coming next month but I saw that they have extended my EMI and tenure period to 29 months I don't know how is that possible. I asked my friend and they said that it maybe because of the moratorium but during the pandemic and lock down the bank did not gave the moratorium and the lady at the head branch in Andheri East said that we have to apply for it inorder to get this scheme.

    I tried to email them but the email the employees know of the idfc is not a legitimate email address and not a single mail gets delivered.

    Also received a message from IDFC FIRST BANK during the time of lockdown stating that pay your 3 months emi at once to avoid any extra charges or extension in tenure period. So I already made the payment but recently I saw that it has been extended and when I talk to any executive from IDFC from loan department or customer care. They says and promise that yes sir we just had a word with our superior and the issue will be resolved and we have raised the issue from our end but the next time I called them for the same because it was not resolved. The other agent said that the issue was never being raised also I've recoding and other evidence to prove the same.

      Few days back I had applied for a personal loan on your website.
      On 5th Oct’21, I got a call from one of IDFC Bank's employee whose name is Mr. Amit Kalgonda (Mob.No.-[protected]) and he conforms me that, my personal loan of 1, 27, 000/- was sanctioned from the bank.
      In our telephonic conversation, Mr. Amit said I have to pay back this loan with a monthly EMI of 3865/- and my loan tenure will be 36 months.
      After that on the same day i.e. on 5th Oct’21, I got written confirmation from him on WhatsApp regarding our telephonic conversation, in WhatsApp messages also he had conformed me that, my loan tenure is 36 months, our WhatsApp conversation snaps are attached for your perusal.

      After some days i.e. on 22nd Oct’21 I received a mail from the bank and I was shocked after seeing the tenure period of 48 months. I had immediately called Mr. Amit but unfortunately, he did not respond to my calls. After that on the same day, I had lodged a complaint on the bank's customer care number with SR No. [protected] but I did not receive any resolution for my problem.

      Hence on 31st Oct'21, I had sent a written complaint through an email for which I received the reference no. [protected].
      After that on, Saturday 13th Nov'21 I had received a call from the bank's Territory Manager Mr. Aushitosh [protected] and he took Mr. Amit Kalgonda in the conference call in which Mr. Amit admitted that, at the time of processing my loan application he had given me a loan tenure of 36 months instead of 48 months because of some typo error.

      On the basis of Amit's confirmation, I have calculated my total repayment amount i.e. EMI of 3865/- for 36 months which is equal to 1, 39, 140/- and on the basis of that, I have made my decision to take a loan from your bank.

      As per the new loan tenure of 48 months, my total repayment amount will become 1, 85, 520/- which is much higher than what I was interpreted, and this is because of wrong information provided regarding my loan tenure by your employee Mr. Amit.

      Initially, if I got the correct information about my loan tenure then, I would defiantly not accept this loan, because my purpose of taking this loan was to close my various loans and keep only one loan for better management of my finance.

      As a human being, I can understand that, the bank's employee unconsciously made mistake while giving me the information but because of this, I have to pay the extra amount which is equal to[protected] = 46, 380/-.

      As a middle-class salaried person this extra amount of 46, 380/- is currently not fitting into my budget, even with the EMI.

      I request you to kindly support me to get the loan tenure of 36 months which was committed to me at the time of disbursing this loan along with the EMI of 3865/-.

            FASTAG registed with IDFC bank has low balance.
            Tollgate charges with pay bill of 65+65 - on cash. - rs.130.
            Ticket no. L6493979D.
            Booth no.: Lane B
            Operator : 6034
            On fasttag recharge, received a message for deduction of Rs.65 towards Valavanthanlottai toll gate pass - time as 13.12
            Direct cash and online deduction of 130+65 = 195.
            Next Day 22nd Nov'21, same toll used at 10.12 as Rs.65
            Two way charge concession for considered.
            Request to revert with excess dedection charges to my fasttag account.

            Also please review the software logics to avoid these type of errors in future

              I would like to know that according to your settlement notice letter, I make Rs.21000.00 online payment which is a successful record that I have an app update. It's your agent team not good & their team who came and got the rude behavior that didn't work out. Do not know how to deal with people. I don't want to get into all that trouble now. According to my settlement letter, I settled my due payment a long time ago. But it took 4 days to close my loan with any official update. Let me know as soon as possible and keep me updated. Give me the information NOC letter. Please find the attachment and resolve the issue still persist.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  IDFC complaint case no. [protected].

                  I have purchased an AC, There was an offer that One of the EMI will be refunded with that item, I was re-confirmation with the shop owner and your representative, They assure that the above-mentioned offer.

                  But now, it is about to complete my EMI on 2nd December, but not yet gotten the refund. I contacted customer service last October, he promise the EMI was supposed to refund this month. But it was not happened as per the commitment.

                  Now, they closed my complained and asked me to write the story at [protected]@idfcbank.com But they didn't reply,

                  Disabled complaint option from my mobile app, and Didn't respond to call.

                  Please solve the issue, I don't believe IDFC anymore.

                      I am daily receiving pre-approved loan offers call/sms, I already told that if I required then I'll contact you.
                      But now I am receiving audio calls.
                      I raised DNC request using [protected], but still I am receiving calls/sms.

                      Kindly stop these SMS/Calls please.

                          My IDFC Fastag has a balance of Rs 6250 as of date and NCPI status says active but when I pass through toll plaza at Badarpur, every time the scanner says tag blacklisted.

                              Hello,

                              I have made a payment of rs10930 on 2nd September 2021 at 9.52am for amy Amazon pay later account. But, even after repeated calls and emails there is no response from IDFC customer service, moreover I am continuously being harrassed by the collection agents leading to a situation I have stopped receiving their calls. I have complain to Amazon as well and as per them it was a successful transaction and there is no response from IDFC.

                              Here are the few screenshot of my mails that I have sending to you and everytime what I recieve is a wait time of 7 days and the request is closed without any info. I have called and spoke to a lot of agents and asked them to send me in written that the money isn't recieved with IDFC with my bank HDFC asked for so that they can dispute the payment to IDFC and I am still awaiting. Everytime I call I am promised a call back and I have never recieved any yet.

                              I hope that this mail reaches the right person who actually wishes to help customers and either get me my money back or get that updated. Moreover continously trying to debit my account has resulted to charges on my account of more tha 1400 rs. But what bothers me more is the kind of customer service a bank like this provides who claims to say customer first.

                              Just hope for a better response this time or else I will have to seek some other door for help.

                                I bought a new fastag online in which I was allotted a IDFC first bank fastag. I paid rs.625/- initially, but I dint receive my fastag. I again recharged it for 500/- as they said it was blacklisted. But to my surprise, I neither received a fastag, nor a response from customer care service. I went through a lot of distress while driving and I had to buy a new fastag from a different agency. When I tried asking for refund through customer service helpline number, the reply was not proper. The customer redressal scheme is not proper in IDFC bank, hence I request you to escalate the issue and provide me with a contact person/mail-Id/escalation point at the earliest. Also kindly cancel my fastag and provide a refund.

                                  I am a Holder of Flipkart pay Later A/c sponsored by IDFC First Bank with Personal Loan A/c no. 34403436. I have made a purchase using the credit facility in Dec' 2020 and made the payment by Due date. Recently when i viewed my credit report i noticed that an amount of Rs. 508/- has been shown as default . So, i raised a dispute in consumer complaints forum with grievance number 3026385 dt. 13th Oct, 2021 for correction in records. The payment has been Acknowledged by the Bank and they updated the records closing the overdue amount of Rs. 508/- However they entered the payment date as Oct, 2021 instead of the actual payment date 9th Dec, 2021 as a result it is showing a default for a period of 4 months seriously impacting my credit score.

                                  In this regard, i would like to bring to your notice that the
                                  Actual payment date; 9th Dec, 2020
                                  Updated payment date as per CIBIL Reports: Oct, 2021

                                  So, i request you to settle the dispute at the earliest... or else i shall exercise my right to approach Banking Ombudsman to get my Issue Resolved.

                                    I paid my credit card bill of hdfc using balance transfer option in IDFC CREDIT CARD on 26 th October 2021. It was suppose to be credited within 48 hours
                                    However amount was not credited till last day of payment (November 3rd, 2021).

                                    I opted this option as I was getting 10x rewards benefit. But it seems to be wrong decision
                                    I called IDFC and requested to either credit the amount within due date or reverse the transaction. Initially they assured me that amount will be paid within due date .
                                    However on last day I was updated it may take 4_5 days to reflect in Hdfc credit card .
                                    They denied my request of transaction reversal.
                                    Its is really inconvenient
                                    I had to pay again the amount to avoid late payment transaction.
                                    IDFC customer care is really poor. Full of false promises. Not even listening to customer
