IDFC complaint case no. [protected].
I have purchased an AC, There was an offer that One of the EMI will be refunded with that item, I was re-confirmation with the shop owner and your representative, They assure that the above-mentioned offer.
But now, it is about to complete my EMI on 2nd December, but not yet gotten the refund. I contacted customer service last October, he promise the EMI was supposed to refund this month. But it was not happened as per the commitment.
Now, they closed my complained and asked me to write the story at [protected]@idfcbank.com But they didn't reply,
Disabled complaint option from my mobile app, and Didn't respond to call.
Please solve the issue, I don't believe IDFC anymore.
