[Resolved] IDFC Bank — consumer loan card blocked

I have idfc consumer emi card and i have taken loan in idfc for ac and i paid intime all emis.. But they blocked my emi card without any mistake from myside..

I just stopped emi for this month and informed them that i[censored] release blocked status then i will pay the emi.. They said that they will unblock the card but how many times i kept the request they didnt cared my responce and even before i intimated them they raised bounce charges..

If they unblock card and of they clear the unwanted charges without mistakr then i will pay the emi..

Please take a action on them
