[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — Credit Card application status - [protected]

Hi,
I have received the below message from IDFC bank as i am an existing customer. Hence, I have applied for a credit card on 19-Nov and the verifications (call, home & office) part are also done a long way back but still awaiting for a status update.

"It's raining rewards. Presenting FIRST Millennia Credit Card from IDFC FIRST Bank with never expiring 10X rewards on monthly spends above Rs. 20, 000, 6X on online and 3X on offline. Avail today, free for life: https://idfcfir.st/20c4c"

Here my concern is,

- Why is no one bothering to update me on whether I will get the card or am I not eligible to get the card. Whatever it is I should get to know right?
- What is the purpose of providing disclaimer in the IDFC bank page "We will keep you posted on your application status and maintain complete transparency". I am wondering where the transparency is maintained? (screenshot attached)

I am hoping at least by now I will be getting the proper response from IDFC bank.
