People from collection department calling and harassing me . My relatives took loan do you guys have any consent from me to approve the loan than why do i have to suffer . My life is getting worse every morning your agents calles and talking so rudely and even misbehaving with a lady . This is unacceptable at all . I would never recommend you guys for anything. Agent name Ankit called me from +[protected] .. and many more miss calls . I cant do my office work and personal work . Your agent are harassing me . I want them to stop calling me or i have to take a step . I again got call and now they are abusing i have full recoding but the size is big so i m uploading a part of the conversation.

      I repayment of 59rs my amazon pay later transaction on 21 oct 2021 and it failed and again i tried the repayment on 28 oct 2021 and it again failed then i tried again on same day and it was successful. But i never get refund of previous two transactions. I tried to complained in idfc customer care but they said that there is no data linked to my phone number. how is it possible if there is no data regarding to my phone number and you approved pay later.

        I am Bharadwaja, having a persona loan in IDFC BANK Accno:24167989

        had a due of 5 months .I received a call from the team last month they insisted me to pay at least 2 months EMI ..I said ok and last month I paid 2 EMIs and promised to pay 2 months EMI this month . They are continuously calling me so I took time till today i.e.,[protected] evening . From 15th morning people are calling me If I didn't answer the call they are sending some abusive messages ..I knew that I have to pay and I will pay also
        but the messages sent by the one of the bank executives are very bad .I request the team to stop abusing . Images have been attached in the attachment. I will definitely clear the payment .Only because of Covid I am failing to pay ..pls check my previous records with respect to IDFC, the disturbance happened only after the Covid times . But any how I am paying the EMI now.

          Hi,
          I have received the below message from IDFC bank as i am an existing customer. Hence, I have applied for a credit card on 19-Nov and the verifications (call, home & office) part are also done a long way back but still awaiting for a status update.

          Hi Dear Sir, I have a flipkart pay later account which have bill amount of 850 rs which is allready frome my side and now my flipkart pay later account is not showing any error and still it is continue and activated but in the CBIL transaction is showing pending which is damaged my CBIL score getting negative effect so please i request you resolve my issue I have also attached screen shot of my CBIL report kindly do the need full and resolve this issue.

            Irs becoming irritation now I might lodge a police complaint shortly.

            Its kind of harrassing the customers who is not interested in any banking products

              Many times i received call from your side regarding IDFC BANK personal loan and i apply from Bank bazar side and provide suitable details and also active Nach from bank bazar site and didn't get any loan from IDFC Bank but my amount is deducted from my account also share you screenshot on same.

              Bank bazar and IDFC BANK both are doing fraud together, without loan deduct emi, I want my money back with penalize amount at any cost.

                  I placed the order of my fastag on[protected] but have not received it tiill date i have my fastag details and i can login and everything.I have send some mails and tried to contact them on their no. But it never got to talk to any of thier employee. Please deliver my Fastag as fast as possible. Its been more than an year

                    I applied for Amazon pay later from the Amazon mobile application itself via digitally submitting my KYC, but the asked to set up autopayment to fully use the function. I was specticle and didn't setup the auto-pay but when I checked my CIBIL report it showed reduced CIBIL scores by 50 points without any reason or whatsoever. It has also impact on my credit history as it shows that I haven't paid my due since 5 months but I haven't lend even a single penny .
                    I complained to Amazon CS regarding this problem but they are good for nothing, since they put the call on hold for several hours and cut the calls in the end .

                      I am having problem with the fastag which is linked to your bank. Despite of the sufficient balance, my fastag has been blacklisted due to which we suffered its ramifications, by paying double amount of toll tax. I even raised a complaint but i think it fall on deaf years. Without any proper reason i am facing this issue. Still, i am hoping that you will resolve my problem as soon as possible, as I don't want to pay double tax at the toll.
                      Very poor services!

                            I am b s vinayakarao 2 years back I got loan from IDFC bank I regularly pay 1 year and I am suffering COVID 19 loss my job and and pay EMI’s and recently 7 not paying
                            And asking one collection agent call and final Setelment asking 92000 I will pay and not send NOC sir
                            And asking noc you pay Rs 20000 pay I will send noc bank persons back mailing
                            Recently call and asking 60000 rupees

                            Please help and solve the problem

                                This is the 2nd time that IDFC has done this to me. They have on 2 accounts sanctioned loan against my name which I never took.

                                It took them more than 3 months last time to resolve my query but even after confirming the closure the INCORRECT LOAN is still appearing against my name and my CIBL Score has completely tanked because of that.

                                  I applied for a two wheeler loan for 18 months but I received the loan tenure of 24 months on paper at first I was shocked but than I decided to go with it because the EMI amount was reduced.
                                  Now my last EMI is coming next month but I saw that they have extended my EMI and tenure period to 29 months I don't know how is that possible. I asked my friend and they said that it maybe because of the moratorium but during the pandemic and lock down the bank did not gave the moratorium and the lady at the head branch in Andheri East said that we have to apply for it inorder to get this scheme.

                                  I tried to email them but the email the employees know of the idfc is not a legitimate email address and not a single mail gets delivered.

                                  Also received a message from IDFC FIRST BANK during the time of lockdown stating that pay your 3 months emi at once to avoid any extra charges or extension in tenure period. So I already made the payment but recently I saw that it has been extended and when I talk to any executive from IDFC from loan department or customer care. They says and promise that yes sir we just had a word with our superior and the issue will be resolved and we have raised the issue from our end but the next time I called them for the same because it was not resolved. The other agent said that the issue was never being raised also I've recoding and other evidence to prove the same.

                                    Few days back I had applied for a personal loan on your website.
                                    On 5th Oct’21, I got a call from one of IDFC Bank's employee whose name is Mr. Amit Kalgonda (Mob.No.-[protected]) and he conforms me that, my personal loan of 1, 27, 000/- was sanctioned from the bank.
                                    In our telephonic conversation, Mr. Amit said I have to pay back this loan with a monthly EMI of 3865/- and my loan tenure will be 36 months.
                                    After that on the same day i.e. on 5th Oct’21, I got written confirmation from him on WhatsApp regarding our telephonic conversation, in WhatsApp messages also he had conformed me that, my loan tenure is 36 months, our WhatsApp conversation snaps are attached for your perusal.

                                    After some days i.e. on 22nd Oct’21 I received a mail from the bank and I was shocked after seeing the tenure period of 48 months. I had immediately called Mr. Amit but unfortunately, he did not respond to my calls. After that on the same day, I had lodged a complaint on the bank's customer care number with SR No. [protected] but I did not receive any resolution for my problem.

                                    Hence on 31st Oct'21, I had sent a written complaint through an email for which I received the reference no. [protected].
                                    After that on, Saturday 13th Nov'21 I had received a call from the bank's Territory Manager Mr. Aushitosh [protected] and he took Mr. Amit Kalgonda in the conference call in which Mr. Amit admitted that, at the time of processing my loan application he had given me a loan tenure of 36 months instead of 48 months because of some typo error.

                                    On the basis of Amit's confirmation, I have calculated my total repayment amount i.e. EMI of 3865/- for 36 months which is equal to 1, 39, 140/- and on the basis of that, I have made my decision to take a loan from your bank.

                                    As per the new loan tenure of 48 months, my total repayment amount will become 1, 85, 520/- which is much higher than what I was interpreted, and this is because of wrong information provided regarding my loan tenure by your employee Mr. Amit.

                                    Initially, if I got the correct information about my loan tenure then, I would defiantly not accept this loan, because my purpose of taking this loan was to close my various loans and keep only one loan for better management of my finance.

                                    As a human being, I can understand that, the bank's employee unconsciously made mistake while giving me the information but because of this, I have to pay the extra amount which is equal to[protected] = 46, 380/-.

                                    As a middle-class salaried person this extra amount of 46, 380/- is currently not fitting into my budget, even with the EMI.

                                    I request you to kindly support me to get the loan tenure of 36 months which was committed to me at the time of disbursing this loan along with the EMI of 3865/-.
