I have my Savings and Current Account with IDFC First Bank.
My both the accounts are Debit-Freeze because of the reason - Re-KYC Due for my accounts as per bank.
As per them they have send me Physical Notice - But I have never received the same.
They have also told me that I must have received calls from bank for Re-KYC document Submission but that too I haven't received a single call from bank for the same thing as no Relationship Manager has been assigned to my accounts.
I have submitted my documents as guided by the bank on 29th-July-22 at the Shyamal Branch, Ahmedabad and they told me that your accounts will get activated by Monday - 1st - Aug-22.
I have requested them 100's of times that my EMI's are running and they will get bounced if my accounts didn't get activated, they ensure me that don't worry it will get activated by monday evening.
After that They have asked my documents again and again, sometimes physical, other time on scanned basis and so on. But till today - 5th - Aug-22 none of my accounts got activated and all of my EMI's got bounced even I had a sufficient balance.
I request you to take necessity action against the bank and help me in the same manner.
