FD [protected] for Rs. 500000 issued on21.08.2018 matured on 21.09.2021. Total interest due was Rs.143273 . Total TDS deducted Rs.10578.
amount receivable on maturity after TDS is Rs. 632695 i.e. 500000 plus balance interest Rs.143272- Rs. 10578 is Rs. 132695. Paid on maturity Rs. 631104. Short paid by Rs. 1591. A number of email from my ID [protected]@gmail.com. Short payment can be credited in my saving account [protected] with IDFC First bank kalyan west.

    My name is satkar singh and i have a loan with idfc first bank with loan a/c 77823019 on 13 jun 2022 . when i applied the executive fill the details and also adds credit vidya product of 1350rs hdfc insurance of 4187rs but policy not received.2 months passed but policy not received.when i talk to customer care they says talk to hdfc insurance deptt.when i talk to hdfc they says give us policy number but policy not received to me so how can i give policy number.please cancel my hdfc life insurance and credit vidya and refund my amount of premium paid.

        I purchased fastag from idfc bank website on 4th August 2022 with 100rs min. payment On 5th August i received a call from their Bangalore courier office to confirm my address but still i have no clue when can i received my fastag sticker. My fastag id and its activation and account login details sms received at the same day. But after raising complaint (SRP1955) by their call center still have no clue when the fastag is going to be delivered.

        I am still waiting for the tag sticker to be delivered but no sms or email has been sent regarding it.
        I called the toll free number multiple times but 90% times its not connected (busy), 7% time playing music then disconnected, 3% luckly you got connected with executive but they don't have any clue ( just blank) and sing same song that you will get call back ( that is also not come) .This is very unprofessional.

          I have personal loan with IDFC Bank. I have put a request to change my debiting account in April. But after following up multiple times they rejected it in June. Again I have placed the request in July 1st week with all proper details through IDFC loan centre. Still my request is not processed. Nobody has information when I call customer care.

            My fast tag account is not accessible and a pop up stating that my account is expired keeps showing up. There is no procedure mentioned to undo this or any kind of help from the customer care even after continuous efforts to contact.

              Debit Freezing of my bank accounts

              I have my Savings and Current Account with IDFC First Bank.
              My both the accounts are Debit-Freeze because of the reason - Re-KYC Due for my accounts as per bank.

              As per them they have send me Physical Notice - But I have never received the same.
              They have also told me that I must have received calls from bank for Re-KYC document Submission but that too I haven't received a single call from bank for the same thing...

              I Already mail to IDFC on[protected] but no reply.

              My self Mayur Sharma,

              I made a recharge from Phone pay on a fastag account, by mistakenly entering the wrong vehicle no.
              2 times we made the recharge 500/- and 700/-.

              Correct Vehicle No - RJ06CD6690 (Sudarshan Mehta)
              Wrong Vehicle No - RJ06CB6690

              And I talked with customer care and he suggested sending mail to reverse the amount.

              1. Cancel Cheque attached
              2. Driving licence attached
              3. Transaction details images

              So, i request you to please make reverse the amount of 1200/-

                Dear team idfc my loan number is 80404717 Iin the name of MRS Balwinder Kaur as my loan date is 2nd of august, i have kept sufficient amount in my bank but, on 2nd night when i checked the loan status on app it is showing emi missed, so i paid it online via upi through app, so next day when i checked my bank account same amount also has been debited from my account, so kindly check what will of that amount which i have paid online will that be adjusted on my next emi or that money will be refunded to me back

                  Dear Sir/Mam,
                  My name is Priti Mishra residence at D-730, Madanpur Khadar, J.J.Colony, New Delhi-110076.
                  I have received a pre approved personal loan offer of ₹3 lakh 36 month tenure with EMI of ₹8056 from IDFC Bank so I have applied and an executive came to my house by saying just for a KYC only on 12th July 2022 and after 1 day on 14th July 2022, one person came for verification and he have rejected my loan due to low stock available (I have shown Sarree selling work at home) and unfortunately after 14 days without my concern (No phone call, no message), No agreement signed, No PDC cheque taken from me they have disbursed an amount ₹1, 91, 036 on 28th July 2022 into my Canara Bank account and while I have checked the loan details (Loan#[protected] it is a total of ₹ 2, 04, 549 at a high rate of interest @25.98% and high deduction of ₹13, 513
                  Afraid this kind of fraud activity by IDFC Bank.
                  I don't want to take this loan and want to return this amount ₹1, 91, 036 to IDFC Bank
                  Kindly look into this and PLEASE HELP me!!!

                    I have paid my Amazon pay later due on 26th July 10.45pm lending partner is idfc the payment was successful but still they haven't updated my repayment status it still shows my due is pending I have contacted both Amazon pay team and idfc Bank team both are blaming each other.

                      Air conditioner not valid reason emi charges

                      I have deposited amount on the account at the same day of my emi, but the emi was debited next day and the ach rtn charges of 295/- & 267/- has been leived twice. I request idbi to return the debited amount....

                      It's been more than 4months now, an amount of Rs. 49510 are blocked in my IDFCFIRST BANK ACCOUNT. I visited the bank multiple times, called customer care, tried to contact cyber police as well. No body helped me how to get these funds unblocked. I tired of calling my bank manager.                         I am sampath, I took housing loan from idfc bank, I didn't pay emi of this july month. Now paid due to medical emergency it was delayed by 25 days. Some people saying idfc pune branch manager naming murugan kumar using very obusive language to my family member (women) also. Speaking in very worst manner in tamil.[protected].

                        I don't know who gave this kind of rights to these people to treat women very obusive for delayed payment. Govt of india should take necessary action against these people. The obusive call was on July 29, 2022 Friday,[protected] from this number. They are calling minimum 85-100 times from many ph no.even after responding.

                          All my emis are deducted each month on 2nd with no bounce and no issue. Still my easy buy card is blocked. Customer care says it takes 90 days until I become eligible. Eligible for what? She herself doesn't know. Such rude and useless customer care service. Eligible for what?
                          One of my loans has even been successfully closed and all other are to be closed in September or October. There has been no delays in paying. Why the card blocked then?
                          Only a few emis are left and I need the card urgently. Kindly unblock the card as soon as possible.

                                I was supposed to recieve account opening vouchers of 1500 rupees confirmed by customer care, but I have not yet received them. Its been 40 days and IDFC says one should recieve it in 30 days.

                                I raised a complaint but it has not been resolved.
