IDFC Bank — Delay of Inward remittance

Madam/Sirs,

We are the full family members of the customer of your bank. Unfortunately, it is very a shame to us for giving a complaint against your branch at Shivamogga in Karnataka as your bank is one of the biggest reputed private banks in India.

This is regarding the Inward remittance of my son Mr. K S Rakshit. We have been following up from Friday onwards. But till today no proper response from the bank including from the manager.

Today Morning I have spoken to Manager Mr Girish G M enquired about the inward remittance of Mr. K S Rakshit. But he behaved very rudely. Our staff has taken the leave, so I cannot give the proper service to you. (Phone conversation with manager was recorded for further correspondence).

This type service from your bank, we were facing the following issues.
1. Market rate was variation day by day so we loose the money.
2. lose by interest in delay credit
3. No response even with continuous follow up.
4. Inward remittance issue is happing twice. Last time also they credited after continuous follow up.
