I used Amazon pay later( idfc bank partner) for my Amazon order #[protected] on 19th feb, later on the same day(19th Feb) i repaid the amount to Amazon pay.

On 22nd February my Amazon order got cancelled and refund initiated for order #[protected] and till now I did not got my refund money back. Also no one is providing me proper response at Amazon and idfc bank

    IDFC First Bank provided and activated fast tag without the proper KYC.
    Complaint was raised and the bank is not closing the Fast Tag. Without the owner of the vehicle being able to provide details from the person who purchased the fast tag.

    Complaints raised with IDFC for resolution

    1. IDFC3i_SMS_412 - Raised on 08/02/2023. Multiple follow ups. No response since 17/02/2023 even after follow up.

    2. [protected] - Escalated to PNO. Bank wants me to provide documents from person who purchased the Fast Tag, who is not the owner of the Vehicle.

    3. [protected] - Bank closed complaint themselves, after asking for documents of person who purchased the Fast Tag, who is not the owner of the Vehicle.

    Bank should not have provided fast tag against vehicle without the proper KYC and are not prepared to close the fast tag, even after i've provided all documents to prove ownership of vehicle.
    I contact their customer service, who promise call back. And no one ever calls back as well.

    Expected Outcome from Bank.
    Blacklist the fast tag, until the person can provide the correct KYC document or Close the fast tag

        Even after few mails to Nodal officers and Bank, I didnt not get any proper response over proper channel. Only COLLECTION Agent especially this Lady COLLECTION AGENT is talking very rudely. hence I didnt attend any calls as they are trying to tempt and expecting rude behaviour from me. THIS IS IDFC BANK plan, I came to Bank with cash to pay before 4 months, but the banker Vicky is insulted me and made to stop payment. Then Collection AGent group went to my home and damaged my borrowing capacity neighbouhoodd and now i sent mails to Nodal officers also. But they are not ready to provide any details in mail or proper channfel. I am asking COLLECTION AGENT's ID Card they didnt send, they why should i respond them.

        Is this way to call me ?
        I will raise this to RBI also.

          IDFC First bank calls at odd timings to market their credit card on my phone number which they acquired from some third party without my consent. I would like to file a complain of harassment by the company and would request the authority to take action so that I don't receive any calls/sms from IDFC First bank. Eg of the sms I received

          Application ID- [protected] .
          The loan is sanctioned . But not disbursed ... Calling customer care of the bank they are saying they will get it disbursed by EOD . They are saying this for a week now . No action is taken by them

            Please refer to subject cited matter, My name is Gaurav Pundhir and My vehicle Number is HR07R9483 . I have idfc First Bank FASTag on my vehicle. But Sir I face problem from last 6 months while crossing on toll plaza, there scanner is showing Other vehicle number (HR16Q0591) on My fast tag ID 34161FA820328EE802E2F4A0, which is not my vehicle. Sir they are saying my ID is blacklisted and having insufficient balance. Sir I have Rs 926 balance in my fast tag.
            So in view of above facts I request you to kindly update my vehicle number HR07R9483 against my fast tag ID 34161FA820328EE802E2F4A0 at the earliest and remove other vehicle number HR1600591 which is not my vehicle.

            I have taken issue with customer care executive no one helps 6 months passed issue still not resolved

                    Dear sir, Not a day passes when I don't get four- eight spam mails from IDFC BANK Repeated complaints to the company has not yielded nay results.. I fail to understand what this cheap worthless ccmpany gains by sending out so many spam mails.

                          In my CRIF credit report, I have noticed an issue wherein it shows a PERSONAL LOAN has been disbursed to me on 26.11.2019 and the account number mentioned is 27937911. I would like to clarify that I have never taken a loan then why is this reflecting in my Consumer Credit Report ?

                          Requesting you to rectify this error at the earliest and confirm.

                                While pulling up my CIBIL report, I saw that there is an existing personal loan from IDFC First Bank in my name, issued on July 7, 2022. I have neither gotten any kind of loan approved from IDFC Bank nor have I ever approached the banking institution for the same. The payment start and end dates are reflected as 07/07/2022 and 07/09/2022, respectively, which makes no sense.

                                I need clarification as to why some loans are being shown as reflecting in my CIBIL report, whereas I have never taken any such loan, which has in fact impacted my CIBIL score.

                                  This is Halley Soin and my DOB is[protected] and there is a business loan undergoing in your bank for me for which I have my EMI's deducted every 3rd date of the month.

                                  The thing is I received my salary on 8th of every month and I have also talked to your executives regarding that if it would be possible to reschedule my loan EMI deduction date on or after 8th of every month but no one responded on that.

                                  But something awful happened with me today when after bouncing my EMI for this month, it got deducted first and your customer care executives called me back to back for my EMI, they sent me a text message and I paid the amount too. Atleast there should be some record of this in your department to update everyone and everything because after checking my balance after EMI deduction, I was so shocked.

                                  Kindly refund my account back into my account. It would be highly grateful as I am also looking after other expenses in my family too that are mandatory also and I cannot compromise missing these.

                                    IDFC FIRST BANK showed on my cibil with loam amount passed & paid of 100/- Rs as a Consumer Loan, but I never applied who applies 100 Rs as a loan. I want to penalize this bank & please resolve this.
