My name is Ajith KP, s veteran, retired from Indian Air Force. On the month of Oct 2022 I applied for a student education loan for my daughter (single girl child) through Jan Samarth portal at SBI, at Attingal branch (7017), loan was sanctioned but at the time of loan dispersal recently on the month of January 2023, RASMECC alerted and notified SBI Attingal branch of some clarifications in my CIBIL reports. As per the instruction form SBI bank I opened a CIBIL account and in the credit report summary it is showing a personnel loan was disbursed by IDFC bank on 30/04/2021. Followed the advice of SBI loan manager and raised a dispute in CIBIL and received dispute status page showing as resolved and appraised me to check with IDFC bank for correction.
In the best of knowledge I have or had no account opened with IDFC bank . So how can I avail a personnel loan from IDFC bank. I doubt some error occurred with IDFC bank.
I humbly request you to bring out a proper solution and appropriate amendments in CIBIL reports for acquiring the sanctioned student loan and for hurdles free future bank transactions. Pertained documents related ( CIBIL credit report, Dispute raised, Dispute status page etc) are attached with.
Looking forward a positive approach and solution at the earliest.

Complaint marked as Resolved Nobody called me. This irresponsible act should be brought before justice. I beg you to provide with assistance for further proceedings. Because of this fraudulent act, I am not risking to stake with my only single girl child's future. Requesting you to highlight this issue and pressurize the culprits to come in light.
What is the solution for this issue?
