SIR/manager (idfc first bank I am the account holder of idfcfirst bank loan from past 2 years.
I am disappointed from past 4 months I have taken easy buy card from 2 years and TILL today 29/OCT/2020 I didn’t done any bonce cheque, my civil is perfect till today, I sincerely paid all my 5 emi in loackdown also and closed my aLL loans in this month but last month oct 2 was gandhi jayanti and your staff and nation was on holiday they charged me 500 bounce charge after knowing that theiR was A gandhi jayanti I talked with tHE customer care he said before 10/oct it will be debited from your account.on 10 it got debited.
my easy buy card has been temporary block due TO gandhi jayanthi holiday even I owned 20000 rupees in my account but after thaT also they charge me bouncing.and till now I talkrd with the customer care daily and they said 90 days will take to activation of easy buy card.but it have been 4 months my easY buy card is block temporary till today.I request you sir to activate my easy buy card after paying all emis on time it is faustrating me that they blocked my easy card, please do I activate I need to Buy good and maintain the same relationship with idfc bank first bank
