I had opened my account on 27th aug 2020, and there was offer saying 3000 rupees coupon will be given. I was given 1 month time to fulfill the requirements to earn 3000 cash voucher. I some how struggled to meet all the requirements by time and to earn 3000 cash voucher i spent almost 49000 in a month. There was a clause saying that if i spend 20000 i will earn 1000 voucher. So i checked with customer care many time and had followed the instructions and i waited for getting the vouchers gor more than a month as they want their customers to follow the timeline but they are not bound to follow any timeline and there is nobody to punish them.so after crissing a month period i again asked customer care where i was told that i will not be given the voucher as i dont fulfil the criteria of spending 20000 whereas i spebt about 25000 from my account. I was illtreated and the customer care agent named Ansari spoke to me rudely. And i was told that i have done wrong whereas i did as i was instructed by customer care. I asked him to listen to the recorded calls but he refused. I am not wrong and i wont bluff about 2200 rupees only when in the name of 20000 i had spent 25000 as per the knowledge given to me. I am very upset with the ill treatment and the bluff done to me. I want justice.

    LOan payment issue

    Dear Sir/Maam,

    With respect to the trailing mail i have made a payment of 41983 INR in favour of closing my personal loan on 09.10.2020 through NEFT.
    Till date I haven't received mail confirmation/SMS about the amount credited to the given account.
    As per customer care assistant, the transaction has not reflected in the account statement till date.

    Who is responsible for the said issue? Why this...

      I get 10-12 promotional calls daily from IDFC bank. I dont even have any account in that bank. I have blocked around 20-25 numbers of their's but everyday a new number pops up. It's annoying. I also have dnd activated on my number still they harass me by constantly calling me on odd hours.

        My loan account no. 14107639

        It's almost 2.5+ yrs now but till the date I've not received vehicle paper
        (The papers i got are the duplicates, registered on some other person's name) paid all the EMIs on time, did continuous follow up also but no result, the shop from where i bought the motor is closed now.

        IDFC and it's dealers are fraud

          Hi,

          My name is Ramakrishna reddy. I am an idfc bank customer. I have registered mobile number [protected] under my account. I have an option to buy products online from different websites with instacred option. I did purchase some flipkart coupons and closed the loan also few month ago. I am trying to purchase a new laptop from some of your listed pre-approved websites for cardless emi option. When i try to choose the emi option on checkout time. It says my phone number is not eligible. Why is this happening? I have logged in on the website instacred. Me with my registered mobile number then why am i not able to purchase products from any of your listed websites? I also have active easy buy card . Please resolve this issue or give me a proper solution to this problem.

            Hi IDFC,

            my name is Ramavath Suseela. I have two loans is with you. One is two wheeler loan and another one is consumer loan. So, due to some personel issues i was not paid my emi on september 2020 due date. After that on 27th of September i have credited 5000 rupees for loan emi. But from your side the total 5000 rupees has been debited from my acount as ECS Charges. For one month bounce u have debited 5000 rupees and again u have debited 1700 on 1st of october. So 7000 rupees. U have debited from my account.

            I wanna ask you directly one question. Is this correct process which u have done?????

            Why you people are Harrassing in this pandemic?????

            I want to go for consumer court on this if you won't resolve this issue.

            I need immediate responce on this.

            Feeling worst the relationship with your bank. Thank you

              I have enclosed my CIBIL report, As per the report someone has done the fraud with IDFC Bank and Me by using my PAN CARD ARUPG5679A, without my permission and take Two wheeler Loan on date[protected] and Last four digit of Loan account XXX5077.

              I confirm that I have not taken any loan from IDFC First Bank .

              I request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible because due to this my CIBIL is impacted.

                    I have applied for as per rbi announced moratorium
                    And after 6 months i have to pay next emi amount of 1644
                    But after i get the bank statement it's showing 2137 is debited from my account. From idfc. And i called the idfc customer care i describe the problem, they said that the amount was refund in 7 working days. But till the amount is not refunded please check and help me sir

                      I bought a sony television from bajaj electronics, madhapur, hyderabad through idfc first bank. I was persuaded and convinced about the cashback of rs 15, 000 by march 2020. To date, i have not received the cashback. Sfid no is [protected]. The disbursed date is 7th november 2019. To date, there is no proper response. I was asked to contact one of their representatives srikant with mobile no [protected]. Either there is no response or he doesn't take any calls. This is a bloody gimmick of fooling people in the name of cashback. He is giving a lame reason for cibil score and emi per month. I have cleared my initial payment without any delay and to date, my emi payments have been prompt. Such companies should be taken to task and appropriate action should be initiated. There should be awareness to not take loans from idfc in future for their false promises and unprofessionalism.

                        Spam calls

                        I'm receiving many calls (more than 5 calls) from number starting with +91226806####
                        daily. Fed up with these irritating calls. They are asking to take personal loans. I have answered many calls and told i don't need and to stop calling me but no use. Also complained through mail to idfc. No response from their side. Now regretting taking a loan from IDFC. Kindly help in resolving the issue. Also where should i complain about this...

                        Me dinesh k vaishnav took a loan from idfc bank on oct 2019, to purchase laptop from reliance digital store vaishali nagar jaipur. Sale executive mr. Salaman from reliance said to me if we will took finance facility from idfc bank, we will get cash back of an emi (5848.0) after paying 3 regular emi's. Same we ask to idfc bank executive mr. Nemichand. Even after paying 4 regular emis, we didint got any cash back and when i am trying to contacts, there is no response from idfc bank, as well not from reliance digital also.

                        I have all the recordings of conversation with these executives.
                        Plz resolve it.

                          I had made a purchase on Flipkart using my IDFC debit card. But due to stock unavailability the order was cancelled and a refund was initiated by Flipkart. Flipkart processed the refund successfully. However, IDFC hasn't credited the same refund to my account yet. It has been more than 11 days since the refund was settled by the merchant. I have since then shared the refund ID and all required details with the bank. I have spoken to 4 different people from the customer support team. I have escalated the matter to my capacity to the regional head office, however, nothing is done by the bank's end to settle the dispute. Looking for assistance.

                            Idfc bank has given loan to someone on my documents, and spoiled my credibility, 1 - from where did you get my voter id.?
                            2 from where did you get my pan card?
                            3 who has taken loan on my profile?

                            4 from where did you get my contact no and email id, i have no relation with bank.?
                            5- how you have updated my person details in cibil.?
                            7 - how this kind of fraud activity idfc bank is doing?
                            This is completely fraud 420 and criminal offence so we need expose them, because there are lot"s of people are suffering from this kind of fraud activity by the idfc bank.

                              My easy buy card is temporary blocked, i have taken 2 loans and 1 from that loans is closed. Once my emi was bounced in aug month. But i paid that amount on then another day of my emi date. Raised a complaint but still no solutions. Loan amount is not that big my mobile no is [protected] please help me out why it is blocked.

You can de-activate the Flipkart ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ account and the shopping line associated with it by visiting the Flipkart website or the app. To proceed with this, you are requested to kindly settle your balance by clicking on ‘Pay Now’ on the Flipkart Pay Later dashboard, and use any of the payment options available. The Pay Later account needs to have a zero outstanding balance, both billed and unbilled.
