[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — emi collected twice and inappropriate bouncing charges and emi overdue charges applied

Hello,

You are one of the financial company that provides a consumer durable loans for customer but i have some complaints against you

When my emi was start at that time i received message from idfc bank that my ecs mandate was rejected by bank.
Then i decided to pay my emi on your idfc first mobile app... First time i paid my 1338 rs emi then i was updated fine but next time they added 472 rs bounce charge twice means amount is 944 then in next month in october i paid my emi of october in september 30th @ 5:12 pm 1338 amount was debited but i received blank receipt so i didn't get transection id i will post all images/screenshots for your reference.

And i just get message from idfc bank that i have to pay 1888 rs for my emi overdue charges and emi bounce charges!...

And recently my account again gets debited 1338 rs for emi. But i paid my emi two days before my due date as i said earlier that transection receipt was blank
So why you charge another emi amount!

Please clear that 1888rs and refund or adjust that advance emi of 1338 rs that you debited from my account on 15/10/19 and also clear emi overdue and emi bounce charges as well
