Good evening
I am holding a fastag of Idfc bank i want to close this fastag. I have sent mail to [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com and call customer care no[protected] but all the time they say you will receive your acknowledgment mail in 1 hour but its more than 3 days no reply from team and they didi’s provide any details about complain. While placing the request for tag closure IDFC representative ask me to provide tag photo after removing from car. Due to that tag not working and i have to pay double amount for toll and till now I didn’t receive any mail from IDFC for closure. Below are my details please look into the matter and help me to solve this asap beacuse it cost me financially too.
