Updated by araj1981 To the above complaint raised on Feb 10, 2020. I have not received the foreclosure letter yet. Foreclosure letter requested on February 04, 2020. Further to this i have called several times to the custome care and the reference no is 39875840, 39936378, 39975982, 40077867, 40078569, 40233776. This shows the IDFC bank management is so negligent and carelessness to provide the foreclosure letter.
Infuture I will not going to take any loan from the IDFC bank and I refer to my friends and collegues to not to take any loan from IDFC bank this is one of the worst bank with poor service.
