[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — fraudulent calls using idfc name

I am getting spam calls from idfc bank (Supposedly) but i believe is some scam, as the recording sounds fishy/unprofessional.

The calls started yesterday at 8 pm. I have blocked at least 10 numbers, but it's calling from new numbers now. They have been coming even at around midnight. I have saved screenshot of the numbers and time of call.

I have recorded one message successfully. The same message plays on all received calls. I pressed 0 or 9 to end the call, otherwise, it doesn't disconnect on its own.

Please help.

I have also activated dnd with my service provider (Bharati airtel) on my number. I have also registered a complaint for 2 numbers on 1909. The calls aren't stopping still!!

Do let me know what else i can do.
