    Hello,
    When i was checking my cibil report, it show that i have a personal from idfc bank, they santioned a loan of rs5000 dated 30june 2020 on my name. Neither i or on my behalf by using my pan card took this personal loan. I am totally unaware of this loan. I don't why it is showing in my cibil & hence it is activate from last 3 months so it is affecting my cibil also.
    Please remove this loan from my pan card & please provide the compensation for this as it is affecting my cibil & continuously it is decreasing my cibil score.
    So i request you to do the needful in this case. Take proper action on the bank, so it will not repeat in future. I

      I have taken fast tag from idfc first bank from last two days my fast tag balance going down im trying to recharge but the transactions going to fail and im unable to recharge the fast tag. I am frequently calling to the IDFC FIRST Bank toll free number from last two day but no one receiving the calls.So is requested to do the needfull.

        Hi am arbaaz shaikh from mumbai thane my mobile num is [protected]
        I have buyed a mobile on idfc first bank durable loan and get a easy buy card from idfc the card is active but i can't purchase through online in amazon and filpkart there is no option showing idfc bank name in payment page. And while trying to buy a voucher through instacred my mobile num is registered with instacred but this is my registered mobile in idfc i spoke to customer for a month but there is no use they said we can't know slove this issue send a mail with screenshots of what's the issue facing. Kindly anybody solve is and revert back thank you

          Loan Complaint

          I have a complaint that a person came for physical verification and he completed verification as per bank guidelines. He take company photo, my photo in front of company, check all id documents and he submit as reject.
          Why he did this. I just want to know the reason....

          I shri sounak dutta residing at ashabari housing complex, bb901, patuli, bp township, kolkata-700094, while pulling up my cibil report, i saw that there is an existing personal loan from idfc first bank in my name issued on 13/03/2020 vide acc no[protected]. I have neither got any kind of loan approved from idfc bank nor have i ever approached the banking institution for the same. The payment start & end date are reflected as 01/03/2020 & 01/05/2020 respectively which makes no sense. I need clarification as to why some loan is being shown reflecting in my cibil report whereas i have never taken any such loan, which is in fact impacting my cibil score.

            Hi Team,
            My name is Mohandoss. I have purchased a mobile phone from Poorvika showroom in Nethaji road, Madurai-625001 with bill no. GSI/MADU/7903 on 30/9/2019. Poorvika showroom had IDFC bank as their mobile finance partner and they suggested it to us. So we took loan with loan account no. 25852562. We signed the necessary documents with Canara bank account but the IDFC representative in the showroom said the signature is having some problem and the portal is not opening and so asked us to pay the due online directly against the loan account. He asked us to pay online and the amount will not get detected from the Canara bank account. So, we paid the due every month sincerely online. But that guy had activated the automatic due deduction system from the Canara bank account. What happened is every month the Canara bank fined our account with return charges, meanwhile we were paying the dues online to our loan account. The total return charges Canara bank has levied is 15841 rs. Canara bank took that amount from our account for no fault of ours. This is a gross mistake from IDFC bank representative in the showroom. He didn't communicate with us about this thing in any way (no call or message). So, we need that money back as this is completely your fault. Waiting for quick reply.

                I told idfc bank executives not to disturb me by always calling me with their loan offers. I warned them many times but these people irritated me very much. I am very offended with such a begger attitude that they carry.
                I am fed up with their calls.

                  I have idfc first bank fastag for my personal car and it is blacklisted now. The reason for blacklisting is i guess due to not maintaining minimum balance but as soon as i came to know i recharged that fastag. But even after top up of rs 2000 the fastag is still blacklisted and i don't know how to make it work. I keep travelling constantly please help.

                              i did not took any loan but it is affecting my cibil score

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I am mr. Rajendra kumar mallick. Sir i did not took any loan from idfc first bank.
                              But in my cibil credit report the below a/c is showing. It is affecting my cibil score. I am suffering to do other bank activities due to my cibil score.

                              I bought an LG OLED TV from bajaj electronics (nizampet) through idfc first bank last year 2019. They said you will get a cashback of 15% after your 3rd emi while buying. There is total 15000rs cash back pending. But when i contact them they are saying, we are unable to process the cashback. They simply fooling the people saying cashback and providing lame reasons when we ask about it even though mistake is from bank side.. Please don't take loans from idfc in future to avoid false offers ..now they are talking very rudly .Not only me so many my friends also facing this issue so i request you do't take any loans.Please resolve this issue ASAP

                                As per the mentioned subject i Brajesh Kumar Tiwari would like to print you notice that Loan account number of 29551285 is showing in my CIBIL. so due to this i'm not able to apply any other loan from any other bank or financial institution. so, kindly do the needful to close this account and help me in takin loan as possible from any other bank or financial institution .

You may have recently signed up for Flipkart Pay Later facility on the Flipkart’s Mobile App or website. Confirmation of that is provided in the last step of the sign-up journey, where Flipkart’s association with IDFC FIRST Bank is listed in the form of ‘Powered by IDFC FIRST Bank’. You can de-activate the Flipkart ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ account and the shopping line associated with it by visiting the Flipkart website or the app. To proceed with this, you are requested to kindly settle your balance by clicking on ‘Pay Now’ on the Flipkart Pay Later dashboard, and use any of the payment options available. The Pay Later account needs to have a zero outstanding balance, both billed and unbilled. Once this is done, the account can be deactivated by contacting Flipkart Help Centre : https://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre . Following this, the loan will be cancelled by the Bank.
