Idfc bank has given loan to someone on my documents, and spoiled my credibility, 1 - from where did you get my voter id.?
2 from where did you get my pan card?
3 who has taken loan on my profile?

4 from where did you get my contact no and email id, i have no relation with bank.?
5- how you have updated my person details in cibil.?
7 - how this kind of fraud activity idfc bank is doing?
This is completely fraud 420 and criminal offence so we need expose them, because there are lot"s of people are suffering from this kind of fraud activity by the idfc bank.

    My easy buy card is temporary blocked, i have taken 2 loans and 1 from that loans is closed. Once my emi was bounced in aug month. But i paid that amount on then another day of my emi date. Raised a complaint but still no solutions. Loan amount is not that big my mobile no is [protected] please help me out why it is blocked.

          fraudulent calls using idfc name

          I am getting spam calls from idfc bank (Supposedly) but i believe is some scam, as the recording sounds fishy/unprofessional.

          The calls started yesterday at 8 pm. I have blocked at least 10 numbers, but it's calling from new numbers now. They have been coming even at around midnight. I have saved screenshot of the numbers and time of call.

          I have recorded one message successfully. The same message plays on all...

          My loan account no. 14107639

          It's almost 2.5+ yrs now but till the date i've not received vehicle paper
          (The papers i got are the duplicates, registered on someone else's name) paid all the emis on time, did continuous follow up also but no result, the shop from where i bought the motor is closed now.

            The my concern is that my emi are hold during the covid pendmic but after that i'd pay all holded in one time emi but after that i'm informed that please don't hit any ecs in my account because our account balance are not sufficient but bank was heated ten times ecs so that why bank are charg

            And this account are debited from my kotak mahindra bank account.
            So i'm a job less person i can't afford earlier my next emi amount.

                Hello,
                When i was checking my cibil report, it show that i have a personal from idfc bank, they santioned a loan of rs5000 dated 30june 2020 on my name. Neither i or on my behalf by using my pan card took this personal loan. I am totally unaware of this loan. I don't why it is showing in my cibil & hence it is activate from last 3 months so it is affecting my cibil also.
                Please remove this loan from my pan card & please provide the compensation for this as it is affecting my cibil & continuously it is decreasing my cibil score.
                So i request you to do the needful in this case. Take proper action on the bank, so it will not repeat in future. I

                      I shri sounak dutta residing at ashabari housing complex, bb901, patuli, bp township, kolkata-700094, while pulling up my cibil report, i saw that there is an existing personal loan from idfc first bank in my name issued on 13/03/2020 vide acc no[protected]. I have neither got any kind of loan approved from idfc bank nor have i ever approached the banking institution for the same. The payment start & end date are reflected as 01/03/2020 & 01/05/2020 respectively which makes no sense. I need clarification as to why some loan is being shown reflecting in my cibil report whereas i have never taken any such loan, which is in fact impacting my cibil score.

                        Hi Team,
                        My name is Mohandoss. I have purchased a mobile phone from Poorvika showroom in Nethaji road, Madurai-625001 with bill no. GSI/MADU/7903 on 30/9/2019. Poorvika showroom had IDFC bank as their mobile finance partner and they suggested it to us. So we took loan with loan account no. 25852562. We signed the necessary documents with Canara bank account but the IDFC representative in the showroom said the signature is having some problem and the portal is not opening and so asked us to pay the due online directly against the loan account. He asked us to pay online and the amount will not get detected from the Canara bank account. So, we paid the due every month sincerely online. But that guy had activated the automatic due deduction system from the Canara bank account. What happened is every month the Canara bank fined our account with return charges, meanwhile we were paying the dues online to our loan account. The total return charges Canara bank has levied is 15841 rs. Canara bank took that amount from our account for no fault of ours. This is a gross mistake from IDFC bank representative in the showroom. He didn't communicate with us about this thing in any way (no call or message). So, we need that money back as this is completely your fault. Waiting for quick reply.

                              I have idfc first bank fastag for my personal car and it is blacklisted now. The reason for blacklisting is i guess due to not maintaining minimum balance but as soon as i came to know i recharged that fastag. But even after top up of rs 2000 the fastag is still blacklisted and i don't know how to make it work. I keep travelling constantly please help.
