IDFC Bank — Getting multiple loan Number email without my consent even I have not applied for any loans with IDFC FIRST bank

I am getting these frequent emails from IDFC with email id [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com of multiple loan number.

Why this is happening without my consent even I have not applied for any loans with IDFC FIRST bank.

please take legal against IDFC FIRST BANK.

Please check the attached screenshots of those email of different loan account numbers and loans numbers as following-
