The executive of IDFC's first bank has no idea how to talk to the customers. I have been constantly receiving calls and being threatened by the numbers [protected] & [protected] due to a delay in the payment of the loan amount by a few days.
This should not be the case because in anyways the late fine is to be deposited by me and the credit score to be affected is mine.
IDFC bank kindly hire people who are well-mannered and know how to speak to your customers. Worst financial service providers available.

few calls when i answer no one talks and then i receive a message "thank you for talking to the executive" we are processing your loan. Also i have received otp.
Idfc personal loan department is encouraging fraud & harassment calls.
I have blocked so many numbers_landline_tataindicom number. Then they call from new numbers.
Just received a call. I had asked for manager and the call was disconnected.
Pllllllllllzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz dnd, do not call me or i have to lodge a formal complaint.
