IDFC Bank — IDFC Bank Temporary blocked my Easy Buy Card without any reason

Blocking of IDFC Easy Buy card without any valid reason

Respected Sir/Mam,

My name is Soma Shekhar.

I have IDFC Easy Buy card, which is inactive from 3 months.

*** IDFC blocked the Card without any Reason ***

I purchased a Consumer Durable Product on 2nd April 2020 with 9 months tenure since then IDFC is with drawing the EMI Amount from my CORPORATE SALARY ACCOUNT with IDFC Hyderabad Jubilee Hills Branch on the mentioned EMI Pay date without fail.. I Don't have a Single Cheque Bouns till date.

I thought to purchase some consumer durables in online shopping and when conducting transaction i took out my card to enter the details & it displayed that my card has been blocked by the bank.

I contacted the customer care service regarding the issue & raised several complaints through call & my emails.

Instead of helping me out in this situation of pandemic, they are just giving me stupid explanations, that it will again be active after 90 days.
Moreover they are unable to provide me any valid reason.

I'm having CORPORATE Salary account with IDFC since 2017 onwards & with available balance of minm 61, 000 rupees currently in my account.
