I am holding a fasttag with idfc and currently it is in deactivate state as i have not recharged it from 4 months. I visited idfc kiosk in km 42 toll plaza in gurgaon and they are saying to get in touch with customer care for activation of same. I am trying to call customer care @ [protected] from last 1 month but no one is picking up my call. No reply received even after sending emails to [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com; [protected]@idfcbank.com; [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com. I am stuck now as have contacted idfc branch sec 82 gurgaon, customer care, sent emails but no one is responding

In past, i purchased this fasttag for my new car and this tag have been attached with vehicle no similar to chassis no only due to unavailability of registration card (Rc). I got this rc after 3 months.
I have to update it with rc no but no one is bothered to provide any service.

I am planning to go to banking ombudsman if you did not replied to my emails.

Please find attached rc copy and do the following:

1. Request to please activate my fast tag.
2. Update the fasttag vehicle no from chassis no to my car no.

Current vehicle no (Chassis no): majzxxmtkzkc44406
New vehicle no (Car no): hr26 dx 8320

3. Please let me know the process to recharge the fast tag. I want to know about recharge the local km toll plaza monthly recharge and other recharge which is valid across whole india.
