On date 26.09.2019 on 01:49:33 at khalapur toll plaza toll amount of rs 173 paid twice by cash (Transaction number -[protected]) and through fastag (Transaction number - [protected]-540005).
So kindly requested to resolve my double payment issue for one transaction and reverse my money in my fastag account.
I am attaching toll receipt copy and fastag statement account.

    I have requested for a pre closure letter on 21st dec2019, and still i didn't receive it. I have been following up with service desk everyday starting from 21st onwards. I am not getting any proper response at all. What a pathetic service. They say 24 hours to process the request. Now its almost one week over. What kind of lazy people they got for this job.

I visited idfc kiosk in km 42 toll plaza in gurgaon and they are saying to get in touch with customer care for activation of same.       I bought a car in july 2019 alongwith i got a fastag from idfc bank. I am unable to top it up as it has been closed.
      My vech. Regd. No hr 26 ea 4310.
      Owner dr. Vikram vir chaudhary.
      My phone no is not registered on the site as well my adhar no. Is not shown. I am unable to upload. Kindly open my fastag account so that i can transfer money. I am fed up making complaints with paytm also & your help line no which is never available. Please help. I am a senior citizen. I feel helpless.

        I have got a message that my fastag has been blacklisted. When i checked it shows status as "lowbalance blacklist" although my vehicle's fastag account has an available balance of rs. 65.

        When i tried to recharge the same, the chassis/ vehicle no option is blank, due to which i am unable to recharge.

        I have tried contacting the idfc fastag tollfree number, but it is countinously busy.

        Please suggest how to recharge the fastag for my registered vehicle?

          Pathetic service by idfc and capital first bank. I've already paid more than 20000 rs extra for settling the account. It was closed already during march, 2019. Still from past 4 months rs 295*4 is being deducted from my bank. Pathetic service.
          I've all the proofs for my case. I'm coming a case now. I want my money back. I am left with only one option to send you a notice.

          Total money= 295*16 = 4720.

          Bad service by capital first and idfc bank. I'll suggest everyone to not go for these companies.

          I have got fastag for my two vehicles, HR03S9788 and PB13T 1870, BUT after 4 days of purchasing them, they are not activated till date..Customer care of fastag is non responsive and seems to be defunct.

            regarding foreclosure letter

            I have taken 3 lakh personal loan from idfc bank with 11.5 % interest. Now i wanted to foreclosure the loan account as i have money available to pay the outstanding amount.             My loan number 15996313. Loan of 407000 was for 4 years. I have paid 17 emis till date on time. I want a home loan. Ur executive want me to close my personal loan first and then apply. The bank is applying 5%+gst as foreclosure charges which is very high. I have made a request for waiver on email but there is no response. I also visited branch. Give me letter at the earliest so that i can close my loan.

              Dear sir/madam
              This is regarding a fraud committed in your bank’s erstwhile first capital branch in sector 26, chandigarh.
              Last year i had gone to buy an ac from a dealer in kharar, mohali. There i came to know that there has been a loan taken on my name vide account no. 7771030.. When i enquired further, it came to my knowledge that in your above-mentioned branch, a loan was given to the tune of rs. 61990/- with my fake documents and the amount was used to buy a gadget. When i approached your branch, the staff was very non-co-operative and refused to part any details about the said loan. When i persisted, mr. Rohit kapoor, the manager just showed me the pic of the lady in his own phone, on whose name the loan was processed. When asked that why there was no verification of address and phone number was done, he was very elusive about the answers. And when i asked him to take action against that person, he flatly refused. It seems very clear that it was known to him that this thing has happened.
              Now, as per the latest update from your company, after filing an application, a reply has come. And to collect it either i have to go to the branch individually (Which is quite far away i. E. 26 kms and i have to take leave from my work) or i have to send someone with an authorization letter and my id proof. Surprisingly, your people never bothered to verify my id while giving a loan to someone else on my name. I have already missed my work and taken leave for 5 days.
              Just because of this my cibil score fell drastically and i was not able to buy ac for my children and they had to suffer in summers. Just because your bank people were careless and generous too, at the same time to give a loan to someone else.
              Now, i need to know will there be any corrective action taken or i have no other option than pursuing the legal course.

              So request to give reason for blacklist and request to remove vehicle from blcklist

                I have raised a request for duplicate fastag around 10 days ago. I haven’t the fastag till now. Whenever i call the customer service the tell “it’s in progress”. Even a new tag won’t take more than a week. I have been using idfc service for more than a year now. I have never been this much disappointed. I have around 2.5k in my tag wallet which i am not able to use. It’s been more than 10days since i raised the request. So obviously something went wrong. Can you escalate this and get me fastag as soon as possible.

                  First, i bought some clothes at myntra of about 4200 but refunded some of that order. Then i ordered some of about 4000, which i liked so kept it. I used the instacred cardless emi option. My easy buy limit is 100000.
                  The problem is that now i'm trying to buy something of about 8000 at myntra but the instacred cardless emi option is not showing up.
                  What should i do?

                  Hi my name is ajitesh and my friend name is Vivek and he pay his loan amount on time by my HDFC credit card and he got a slip also for the payment but IDFC First Bank charge penalty on my friend for Unbilled Loan Amount But my Friend already pay the amount by my card so how they told him your loan amount he not paid, So pls help.

                    User id 409181. Deepak, purchased in aug 2019, recharged in september, having sufficient balance, the account has been expired, not able to use it when required. No one picks up the toll free number, no email ids mentioned to share the greviance. What kind of services are being offered by this bank???

                    Nothing has been sent on sms about the expiry of the tag, all other communications related to recharge, activation has been duly received. Login was working perfectly some time back, now its not even allowing to login, no idea about the reason of the tag being deactivated. Is that another big scam of forfitting the money of the users from the tag, have been listening on social media about the same, it this true?

                      no clue on delivery of fastag purchase online

                      I purchased fastag from idfc bank website on 30th november and made payment of rs. 408.93. On 5th december i received sms with my fastag id and its activation and account login details. I still have no clue when the fastag is going to be delivered. I am still waiting for the rfid tag to be delivered but no sms or email has been sent regarding it.
                      I called the provided toll free number multiple times but the call does not connect at...

                      I purchased fastag from idfc bank website on 30th november and made payment of rs. 407.45. On 3sr december i received sms with my fastag id and its activation and account login details. I still have no clue when the fastag is going to be delivered. I am still waiting for the rfid tag to be delivered but no sms or email has been sent regarding it.
                      I called the toll free number [protected] multiple times but it only plays music and asks to wait and then call disconnects on its own after 15 minutes. This is very unprofessional.

                        Today on 5th of december 2019 i got a message regarding ₹2880 deducted from my primary bank account and idfc first loan / capital first has debuted the same from my account. I don’t have any active loan with this bank neither i applied for a new one. All my previous loan has been successfully paid off. I have tried reaching out to the customer care even tried to registered complain from their portal but nothing is working out. I don’t know why the government is sleeping like this that they don’t even know what’s going around.

                          I have purchased fasttag with IDFc and been chasing for activation for 10days. Neither msg or email has been received. Representative is just ignorant.
                          No customer care representative to answer even waiting for 30mins.

                          After follow up multiple times, still no updates or resolution. Even after buying, I am unable to travel on highways as this is neither activated or will be able to topup.

                          Worst part is toll-free number is for name sake and music and auto answering.

                            I have paid my emi in paytm bcoz of error occurred in my bank account so i have paid in paytm. And check the bounce chrge amount for october month i have paid in october 2 and also the bounce charge was credited to my account for 2times, for november i have paid in 4th november and also the bounce charge was credit to my account 2 times so kindly check it and kindly reverse the bounce charge amount that was credit to my idfc loan account.                                 I took a loan from rupeeredee and cleared the amount before the due date i. E 27th november 2019 and received a message from bank that the mandate has been cancelled. And today i. E 28th november around 10:00am the money was automatically debited from my account. I have a family's emergency my grandfather is under treatment and this money is really important. Please help.
