[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — idfc fastag customer care not responding at all

Address: Chaakn, Pune., Pune, Maharashtra, 410501

I am holding idfc fast tag from last 9 months with new vehicle registration.
From last three months, i am trying to contact idfc customercare as i am not able to login idfc fasttag website for recharge.
No one is responding to customercare contact number from last three months.

Even i visited to idfc bank, as per them, they will not help in this, they only send email to fasttag dept and i will receive call from idfc bank.
But still waiting for the same.

Even i also wrote a mail idfc bank fast tag. But no response.
