I've sent emails along with required documents to idfc fastag links, for fastag account closure.
I've been calling their toll free number for almost a month, their executive never answers the call.
After emailing them, i never recieved any reply, visiting the nearest toll plaza, recieved the information, that you have to call on toll free number, no other alternative!!
I'm in a great deal of dilemma, what step to take next!
I recently checked my idfc fastag wallet which earlier was rs. 0 now shows balance is rs. -609 for "debit settlement!!"
Please help me with this situation.
