I have complained twice but there is no action yet by the bank. I recharged my wheels eye wallet on 12 th february with 1000 rs and transferred the amount to my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885. But it is denied on toll plazas to pass as they are not seeing any balance in my fastag despite having 1000 rs in it.
Kindly do something regarding this.

    My fastag is blacklisted and recharging it wont work either, tried contacting idfc fastag customer care but they didnt pick up.
    Recharging it through logging into account wont work either.
    It has been two-three weeks since this problem arised but no idfc customer care number picks the phone.
    Very poor service.
    Please have a prompt action regarding this.

      Hi team
      My loan account number is 21298664. And due date of payment is 1st of every month. Due to lack of money on 1st i have not paid emi and 2 times ecs return charge is deducted and thus when i received my salary on 7th i have made the payment. The utr of my payment is[protected]

      Then on 10th march 2020 again automatic ecs was debited of amount 9462.

      I have mailed the bank customer care also but they have given me no response.

      Request your support for adjusting my payment in next month or returning back amount of 9462.

      On 6th mar, try to take the money from ATM, I didn't get the money but the amount debited from my account. Contacted customer support and they said there is a technical problem and the money refunded in 24hrs. Nearly, 24hrs gone still didn't receive the money

      As per RBI guidelines, banks are permitted to extend moratorium only for instalments of loan which are due between 1st March 2020 and May 31 2020,

      1. I have paid my EMI balance of three pending EMI on July month 2020 to IDFC executive on hand by cash .

      2. I have sent email regarding to extend moratorium on May month 7th 2020 to avoid EMI debit from my account due to COVID lockdown.

      3. But now IDFC bank –theynampet debited amount of 16500rs from my salary account for check bounced issue. My actual salary is 16700 rs this very highly pathetic for me.

      4. I am very dis appointed because this IDFC first bank easy EMI debit card,

      5. I have paid my EMI on regular basis without any delay but due to COVID I am unable to pay even I have applied to Extend moratorium for instalment of my EMI ( Please refer below email reply from IDFC bank)

      6. I am very regret to open Easy EMI account in your IDFC first bank

      7. This is not at all acceptable for me and my family. You are debiting my whole salary for check return issue how can I run my family I have one new born baby also.

        I have using easy buy card from capitalfirst cum idfc first bank. Now when i am trying to purchase voucher from flipkart or amazon to buy the product its not allowing me. I want to buy furniture for that even i have approached pepperfry for whom they have mentioned it is avaialble on physical stores. There also its not avaialble. Really disappointed with thier services.
        I ahve raised complaint with thier head customer care email id but still they are investigating its been almost 10 days still no suitable response on the complaint raised.
        By looking like this situation looks like idfc is going to be next yes bank. I would request people not to go for idfc services rather go bajaj finance card or thier services since they have tie with more outlets and stores where you can avail the credit facility.

          I have completed and closed my bike loan 2 months ago and still not seeing it in cibil. This bank is very slow in service. I have paid all dues and closed the loan.           I need a call regards to refund to Loan no. 27475402

          You guys keep on telling me to raise a complaint to flexmoney whereas loan is generated from your account
          You customer service is worst one can imagine. This is the reason I took help of this medium. Even your supervisor is not helpful at all. Email response takes 3 business days and they don’t rectify the concerns. Once they sent me a totally wrong email greeting with someone else name . I have shared my loan account number and you already know it is closed. I am not gonna send email and then follow a chain. However, if this is not done, I may took legal help as well. Off course, no one likes bad credit score specially when the full amount is paid.
          I provide all document on 1st Feb 2020. 3 times i shared all documents but Fastag security amount not refunded.

          I provided PAN card, Fastag and Fastag Cancellation Application to IDFC.

          My IDFC fast tag account got expired without any prior message/information. Alos, no one picks up the tollfree number available. I am unable to recharge my fastag. Bank should provide at least message prior to the expiration. Also no option is available on site to re activate it. I might have to apply to some other provider for the fastag service.

            I recharged to my wheels eye wallet and recharged my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 having i'd no.[protected].
            But due to direct recharge my fastag is not showing balance but my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 is showing 1000 rs.
            And the concerned idfc bank is not refunding the amount to wallet.
            Kindly assist me regarding this situation and take proper action against this bank because even after complaining by email to their coustmer service, no satisfactory action has been taken.

              I have made the fore clouser of loan of Rs. 127814 on February 21, 2020. I am calling the customer care on daily basis they used one word no updates happend.

              I had by mistakenly transferred funds for my already closed account for which i spoke to customer care & it has been 2 months, i haven't got my money back inspite of several commitments over the email, customer service is pathetic & these ppl are completely non professional as they do not know the meaning of tat. Even after escalations everytime they have a standard email reply and the time of resolution is increased by 20 working days but no response can be expected.

                  I have activated dnd through their company still they keep on calling me 7-8 times a day from different numbers. I have even talked to customer care helpline number many times still there is no difference i still receive calls.
                  Their executives often say me this is system generated call even though i have requested them to remove my number from their list there is no major necessary action taken from their part

                        I got my fastag from idfc bank, it was registered by the maruti regent car dealer, ghaziabad.

                        I recharged my fastag two three times and current balance showing as rs. 555. Now few days back i received a message from idfc bank that my fastag is blacklisted.

                        When i contacted to customer care they told that my rc is not submitted with idfc bank and suggested to write an email to [protected]@idfcbank.com with rc attached. I wrote an email 4 5 days back but there is no response. Still my fastag is showing blacklisted.

                        I am really disappointed with the service of idfc bank.

                            idfc fastag customer care not responding at all

                            From last three months, i am trying to contact idfc customercare as i am not able to login idfc fasttag website for recharge.
                            No one is responding to customercare contact number from last three months.

                            Even i visited to idfc bank, as per them, they will not help in this, they only send email to fasttag dept and i will receive call from...

                            I've sent emails along with required documents to idfc fastag links, for fastag account closure.

                            I've been calling their toll free number for almost a month, their executive never answers the call.

                            After emailing them, i never recieved any reply, visiting the nearest toll plaza, recieved the information, that you have to call on toll free number, no other alternative!!

                            I'm in a great deal of dilemma, what step to take next!

                            I recently checked my idfc fastag wallet which earlier was rs. 0 now shows balance is rs. -609 for "debit settlement!!"

                            Please help me with this situation.

                              We have received payment reminder 100 of call for above subject. Were we would like to bring to your notice. While taking loan we have initiated with direct ecs process 2 pay my emi first emi a/cpayment regularly deducted and clear in smooth way. But after that am filled 3 mandate form and all of them rejected i have money in my bank account but emi not deducted automatically it is their fault but after date of emi they call 20 to 30 time daily from ladies to males chapari, tapori girls and boys calls and harass on phone please do something loan a/c no : 21726180 they are not finding the problem and each call has coming with different person with same dialog without understanding and helping the situation. Henceforth i also request them to send some person still they were not understanding the same. Now it seems idfc first bank is enjoying by harassing customer.

                                I LAST USED IT ON 8TH JAN 2020 AT NASHIK SINNER TOLLWAYS FOR INR30 RS AND BALANCE WAS 264.26

                                Today when i logged into check the balance was surprised to find that Rs 65 was deducted from my account on 13th Jan as debit adjustment charges.

                                What are these debit adjustment charges ???

                                Earlier too i was charged for such useless transactions and IDFC is yet to refund the excess charges.

                                The customer care doesnot even bother to reply to the emails sent to them

                                  During exit at khalapur again toll rs. 173/- colledted vide transaction id no.: 0100000980468234223230 at 19:02 hrs

                                  Since this is double deduction issue requesting to refund the same.

                                    foreclosure letter

                                    Address: Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, 562125

                                    I have taken rs 251000 now i want to close the loan. Only the idfc bank takes 15 to 20 days to provide the foreclosure letter with this is horrible where other banks provide with 2 days time or we can directly go to the bank and make the payment without foreclosure letter.

                                    My foreclosure letter no is 39875840. Kindly provide me with the foreclosure letter at the earliest and reduce the days to issue the foreclosure letter...
