[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — idfc first loan mobile number registration with instacred

Hi i am sabita devi from west bangal.
My account number 24195357 and my mobile number is [protected]
I have buyed a computer component graphics card on idfc first bank durable loan and get a easy buy card from idfc the card is active but i can't purchase through online in amazon and filpkart there is no option showing idfc bank name in payment page. And while trying to buy a voucher through instacred my mobile num is registered with instacred but this is my registered mobile in idfc i spoke to customer for a month but there is no use they said we can't know slove this issue send a mail with screenshots of what's the issue facing. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
