I have sent several mail regarding this but no response from the IDFC bank team.
I have made the fore clouser of loan of Rs. 127814 on February 21, 2020. I am calling the customer care on daily basis they used one word no updates happend.
The below is the mail sent to customer care, PNO IDFC. Further to this IDFC bank has been deducted EMI again in this month.
Compare to other banks this is one of the worst bank I have ever seen.
Please find the details below as requested by you, Further to this is a 5 mail I am sending but no update received from your end. I have not received any updates from your IDFC bank team, I feel shame to take the loan from your IDFC bank. This is one of the low quality bank with poor poor poor service.
We would request you to share below details at customer.[protected]@idfcfirst bank.com in order to process your Payment updation request at the earliest.
1. Payment receipt - Attached
2. Transaction / Reference ID - N[protected]
3. Date of transaction - 21/02/2020
4. Mode of Payment ( i.e M pesa / Paytm / Bill desk etc ) - Bank - HDFC Bank
5. Bank statement if the payment is done thorough debit card or Net banking - Netbanking
