IDFC Bank — mobile number registration with instacred

Also the same problem of mine sir. Only one time talk with customer care and she said you please hold on and after a minute cut the call and there is no any updation regarding instacred

Hii! I have been using the capital finance card since 2 year. But from Oct after some purchase from the card, IDFC FIRST BANK have been unnecessarily deducting amount from my account and if I'm trying to contact them there ain't response on that number. Moreover, if my emi's are being credited I'm not getting any notifications either.

I have a active IDFC easy buy card, I tried to purchase Mobile from Amazon and Flipkart online but there is no option found for IDFC Bank in payment page. I have called IDFC customer care several time to solve this issue. Customer care ask me to visit nearest IDFC branch to register the complainant. I had visited 3 times to the IDFC branch for the same issue but still they have not solve this issue. I tried Instacred website as per the customer care and branch person told, but I am not able to Login Instacred because it is showing error "Mobile Number Not eligible" but my same mobile number is already registered with IDFC and it is appearing in IDFC First Mobile Aap account.

Requesting IDFC to solve this issue as soon as possible.

I am Darpan Arora from New Delhi. I am using Easy Buy Card and recently got my registered Mobile Number changed in IDFC Bank by visiting the Branch at Rajindra Place. However No one is able to help me in changing the mobile number on Instacred. As i wanted to buy some durable product online and the OPT is been sent to the same old number, which is not the registered number used by me anymore. Please help.
