Hi, My name is bikramjit singh. I am an idfc bank customer. I have registered mobile number [protected] under my account. I have an option to buy products online from different websites with instacred option. I did purchase some amazon coupons and i had booked flight tickets through instacred almost 1 month ago. I am trying to purchase a new laptop from some of your listed pre-approved websites for cardless emi option. When i try to choose the emi option on checkout time. It says my phone number is not eligible. Why is this happening? I have logged in on the website instacred. Me with my registered mobile number then why am i not able to purchase products from any of your listed websites? I also have easy buy card under my name bikramjit singh. I tried calling IDFC customer care to ask about buy easy emi card instacred for 2 days but they didn't resolve my issue after 2 days i got an call back and they explained me about easy buy online and offline procedure but whenever i try to buy from the listed websites on the checkout page it says there is no account via this number. I wanted to gift my father a phone and now because of this issue i've failed to do so

Hello,
I've got a text message from IDFC bank regarding a limit of 65000inr in easy buy emi card but whenever i try to login to instacred it shows that my number which is [protected] is not eligible for that. Yesterday one of your executive told me that i'm eligible for easy buy card and as i've mentioned above that i got an message which i will attach in this mail. Please reply me as soon as possible i've a work to be done on an immediate basis.
