IDFC Bank — Personal loan foreclosure problem

Hello,

I am trying to foreclose my personal loan[protected] for last 18 days, but the customer care executives are giving a random reason for avoiding the foreclosure every time.

Every time I call customer care, they give a random reason like currently our systems are down, currently not able to transfer call to foreclosure department. Every time I am promised that I will get a call back.

Some times I get the call back and sometimes no call back. So I have to call again.

When I get the call back, again an excuse is given. Sometimes they say, you will receive foreclosure letter soon, just wait. Sometimes they say we can’t close from our side, you have to call customer care.

What is this torture? I am stuck in this loop for last 18 days. Calling every day. Looks like the bank is avoiding foreclosing the loan even when I’m ready to pay all the charges.

Please foreclose my personal loan on priority or else I am taking this on social media.
