Hi i have IDFC credit card ending with 9786, i have utlize the card last month total 2, 00, 000 lakhs rupees for my personal use, after statement generate, i received calls from IDFC customer service for EMI convert for entire amount i denied the request, around 4 to 5 times i denied to convert the EMI, for repeat the call for EMI convert the last call i accept it, before bill due date i have request to cancel my EMI conversion, the bank is charge around 10, 300 ++ after I raise the complaint to customer service, they are given 1500, relaxation from 10, 300, there is no initiative or no idea about EMI concept at my end, only one time during office hours i received the i said ok to convert, that is my mistake due to this i have to pay 8, 778 to the bank, i am surprised about the terms and conditions of the RBI rules

    Rs 115 deducted from my IDFC fastag balance for Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza on 27.04.203 @! 06.21 ( Txn Id :[protected]. My vehicle is not travelled from this plaza on 27.04.2023. My car (MH14HD2977) was standing in front of my house on that day at Chikhali, Pune. I don't understand how they deduct amount from anybody account ?
    I need refund of my money.

      I never aplied for IDFC credit card. I got several calls saying my application was approved. I asked IDFC to show me evidence of said application and no one was able to produce it for me. After several calls, one "supervisor" said she would investigate and call me back, She never did. i Still keep getting calls about my "application being on hold as it is pending verification". I need a resolution as no one seems to be talking clearly to me.

      IDFC agents are great and hanging up the call, mid conversation.

I hope my email gets to Mr Vaidyanathan or a person who is at a higher authority and realise the malpractice ways used by the bank and clear violation of human rights because of pathetic services.         Your representatives are using illegal and abusive language for recovery of EMI. This is causing harrasement and un necessary nuisance. Whereby we as a esteemed client of yours are making payments by ourselves everymonth though it's getting delayed by few days for last few months because of financial disruption. This time too we are committed to pay it before the month end and even told your representative that it would be paid by 25th. April.
        The no. From which we are recieving call is[protected] and the guy is making what's app call and threatening us on this. He has told to harrase via social media.
        We are registering a complaint on it to the police also with a the copy of this mail.
        I being the complainant seek your immediate action on this.
        Further any replications against such activity will be the sole responsibility of bank.

          Personal loan foreclosure problem

          I am trying to foreclose my personal loan[protected] for last 18 days, but the customer care executives are giving a random reason for avoiding the foreclosure every time.

          I am holding 20 Infra Bonds of IDFC First bank Tranche 1 series 2 Year 2011 (Erstwhile India infra structure finance co ltd) with folio no IFA 0216504 and with other details shown under ref above.

          In this regard it is to submit that the date of maturity of the said bonds is 28 /03/2021 but till today I have not received the maturity amount/redemption amount.

            My loan account number is 95167580. And due date of payment is 3rd of every month. Due to my salary date (10th of every month) so i have not paid emi and 2 times ecs charges is deducted.

              N my cibil report its shoing me Rs.780 as overdue amount from idfc first bank but it was flipkart paylater amount that i have already paid in 2021 still its showing in my cibil. Flipkart granted me paylater of 35000 and which is i have not aksed them and i have not used it also still its shoing as loan amount in my cibil report. This is really disgsting that you are reckless about this type of your duties. Solve the issue. Its impacting bad on my credit report

                  In my cibil report its shoing me 4764 as overdue amount from idfc first bank but it was flipkart paylater amount that i have already paid in 2021 still its showing in my cibil.                       While checking up my cibil report, I saw that there is an existing business loan general from idfc first bank on my PAN issued on 25 Mar 21 vide acc no 41944722. I have neither got any kind of loan approved from idfc bank nor have I ever approached the banking institution for the same. The payment start & end date are reflected as Aug 2021 & it is still active, which makes no sense. I need clarification as to why some loan is being shown reflecting in my cibil report whereas I have never taken any such loan nor even approached the said bank with any enquiry about the same. The same may be rectified immediately.

                            My name is sourin . I chechked my cibil score today and found i have 1 sanction loan 25000 and overdew 33700 spmething. After that i see one late payment happed, .As i didnt do any late payment or use any such loan. After that i check amazon pay later they showing due to late repayment your amazon pay later account blocked please repay dues. After clicking on repay dues they showing zero 0 amount due . So why my cibil upadte wrong. And why my cibil showing overdue this is such a harrasement. If i did not see that i cant know this type of problem allready happend.
