Delay of Inward remittance

Madam/Sirs,

We are the full family members of the customer of your bank. Unfortunately, it is very a shame to us for giving a complaint against your branch at Shivamogga in Karnataka as your bank is one of the biggest reputed private banks in India.

My self Ajaz Shaikh, located in Pune Maharastra.
In the year 2017 I took loan from IDBI bank for medical emergency. I lost my job in 2019 due to Covi-19. Then after I was not able to pay my EMI. I requested bank to give me some time because my financial condition is not better. Last year only I got Job.
I am the only person in my home to earn. We are four in my family all of them are dependent on me.

Unable to login to access details about my fastag

I regularly use my vehicle for intercity travel and have not been able to login my fastag at idfc first bank (costomer id[protected] i have sufficient balance and yet on login error message appears which reads- Sign-in failed:user account has expired. idfc costomer care number never works and i have no means of knowing what is wrong with my account....

Refund initiated by amazon but not received

Not availed personal loan from IDFC bank

Sir,
I hold the boldness to say that I had never opened an account with IDFC bank and I wonder how can I get a personnel loan from this bank. While going through the procedures to acquire a student loan for my daughter I came to know from my CIBIL credit summary report showing that I had availed a personnel loan from IDFC bank and closed it. Transaction

I used Amazon pay later( idfc bank partner) for my Amazon order #[protected] on 19th feb, later on the same day(19th Feb) i repaid the amount to Amazon pay.

On 22nd February my Amazon order got cancelled and refund initiated for order #[protected] and till now I did not got my refund money back. Also no one is providing me proper response at Amazon and idfc bank...

Fastag provided without proper KYC

IDFC First Bank provided and activated fast tag without the proper KYC.
Complaint was raised and the bank is not closing the Fast Tag. Without the owner of the vehicle being able to provide details from the person who purchased the fast tag.

Complaints raised with IDFC for resolution

1. IDFC3i_SMS_412 - Raised on 08/02/2023. Multiple follow ups. No response since 17/02/2023 even after follow up.

Collection agent torture - especially with lady collection agent

Even after few mails to Nodal officers and Bank, I didnt not get any proper response over proper channel. Only COLLECTION Agent especially this Lady COLLECTION AGENT is talking very rudely. hence I didnt attend any calls as they are trying to tempt and expecting rude behaviour from me. Repeated marketing calls and sms for credit card and loans

IDFC First bank calls at odd timings to market their credit card on my phone number which they acquired from some third party without my consent. I would like to file a complain of harassment by the company and would request the authority to take action so that I don't receive any calls/sms from IDFC First bank. Eg of the sms I received

Loan amount not disbursed after sanction of loan

Application ID- [protected] .
The loan is sanctioned . But not disbursed ... Calling customer care of the bank they are saying they will get it disbursed by EOD . They are saying this for a week now . No action is taken by them...

Repeated Daily Spamming

Dear sir, Not a day passes when I don't get four- eight spam mails from IDFC BANK Repeated complaints to the company has not yielded nay results.. I fail to understand what this cheap worthless ccmpany gains by sending out so many spam mails....
