[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — regarding foreclosure letter

Address: Biocon park, bommasandra industrial area, jigani link road, 560099

I have taken 3 lakh personal loan from idfc bank with 11.5 % interest. Now i wanted to foreclosure the loan account as i have money available to pay the outstanding amount. I requested several times to customer care to send the foreclosure letter. They have given a foreclosure request number:36463193 on nov 6th 2019. They said within 15 working days i would receive foreclosure letter to pay the amount. Multiple times i have called customer care service regarding the same. They told you would get it soon. I have even e-mailed to idfc mail address, they replied back saying they need additional time for processing and said by dec 13th 2019, they would send the foreclosure letter. Till now i didn't get any response. I wanted to close the account because i could save little interest if i pay now, but bank people are playing cheap tricks and delaying it.in attachment section i have uploaded screenshots of email i have sent and their response.
