[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — Regarding harassment from IDFC collection agents

This is a continuation of my earlier complaint against IDFC Bank with the subject line: Regarding harassment from IDFC collection agents.
The complaint was made on 27-Apr-2021 for Loan Account No. XXXX8778.

Although the persons mentioned in my earlier complaint are not interacting with me anymore, they have taken my iPad and my Samsung Galaxy Tab and have sold them to compensate for my two EMIs (for March 2021 and April 2021).
I have not been able to pay the EMI for May 2021 and one of the IDFC Bank agents came to visit me at my home.
His name is Bidhan Das and he holds a mobile number [protected]. I had furnished all the details to him regarding my previous encounter with the IDFC agents and what happened thereafter. I also informed him that I'm jobless.
He called me up on 05-May-2021 to ask me when I can make the payment to which I replied that I have talked with one of my friends who agreed to lend me an amount of Rs. 19000 and I would be able to pay the EMI of Rs. 18, 522. And I told him that my friend has told me he would lend me the amount around 23-May and hence I would be able to make the payment by the 24-May.
Now, from 16-May a lockdown was declared in West Bengal and my friend told me that he would pay me the amount once the lockdown is lifted since he has become a bit skeptical. With the lockdown in place, he was unsure whether the lockdown would be lifted on 31-May as mentioned or will that be extended and in which case he might not get his next month's salary. Hence, he wanted to wait for the lockdown to be lifted before lending me the money.
Yesterday, I had a chat discussion with Mr. Bidhan Das and told him about the problem but he, instead of finding a solution, told me that I have to pay the money by whatever means. He also mentioned that if I'm unable to pay he would show me what he can do.
I have all the evidence of the chat messages on my phone.
Am I subject to threatening from the banks?
Why am I being treated like a criminal?
Does IDFC hire goons to get money from their customers even if they are jobless and that too in these trying times?
Will there be any justice done?
Requesting you to please help me. I'm currently jobless and cannot afford to pay unless my friend gives me the money.
Please help.
