IDFC Bank — Remove written off flag from cibil account

SUB: WRITTEN OFF FLAG MENTIONED IN MY ACCOUNT

I have taken a Consumer Loan from IDFC BANK in 2016
Loan A/C 6031444. Date Opened 13/05/2016 Sanctioned Amount Rs.47, 600
I have paid all pending amounts and closed my loan
But Written off flag mentioned in my cibil report.
Because of this flag, I became a Defaulter to all banks.
Due to this I am not getting any loans from banks and NBFC

I request you to please update my account as closed and remove the Written off flag.
Its very urgent for me to clear
