Hello Sir/Madam,
I am an existing IDFC loan account holder (amount:9Lakhs, acc number:
[protected], I am paying my EMIs regularly without any default, I am a
loyal customer I believe, but what is happening with me is extremely
unfortunate and i won't wish this even on my enemies.
an IDFC executive probably named sweta bhosale(mobile: [protected])
is randomly calling everyone in my family and asking about a guy named
Santosh Jha. this person probably has taken a loan from IDFC and may
be not paying the EMIs. he is also not picking the call it seems. This
lady executive is claiming that we have done verification for this guy
while the loan was being sanctioned and so we should arrange for her
to talk to this guy.
First thing we don't know this person or where he lives and we are
saying this everytime this lady calls us(she is calling a lot).
Second, we have not shared our contact details for verifying this
person, we don't even know this person. but this lady is always asking
us to allow her to talk to this guy, we have asked her repeatedly to
share any proof that we have done verification for this guy (an email
or call recording or a document anything) but she is saying i can't
share anything.
She shouts everytime and accuses us of fraud. We are getting harassed
by this lady for no reason. She is being unreasonable and aggressive
and rude.
Me, my mom and my brother all are going through too much because of
this. We feel helpless because we can't do anything against a person
who doesn't listen to logic.
If what the lady is claiming is true that banks won't share any proof
that we verified this person and they can harass us without proving
anything then it seems we are living in a very dark time where i as an
individual doesn't have any right to defend against a person harassing
my family on behalf of a large organisation.
This incident has shaken my trust in the IDFC bank and I am so angry
at the executive that I want some action to be done here.
no one should have this much power to abuse.
I have raised a complaint using the official website with reference
number: [protected], not sure whether I will get any reply timely
hence writing this email.
kindly help me out here and restore my trust in the IDFC again.
