I applied idfc bank credit on 24/Aug/2022 next day physical verification person came to my house and he verified and next day went to my office also, after 1day I got message that my application is rejected I submitted a complaint in this consumer complaint that why my application got rejected tell me the reason .so again Today 2/Sep/2022 I got call from physical verification person he asked me where is u r office and r u in office and i told him I m in onduty i m in vijayawada after that he cut the call .

I m a Indian Railway ( South central Railway) employee working as TTI ( Travelling Ticket Inspector) my job is to check ticket in train so i used to travell daily from one destination to another destination so i m not available in office all the time, the verification person is not understanding my problem he is not having a proper knowledge regarding my duty . Verification person is not enquiring my details properly and he just rejecting . So i kindly requesting you to do a proper verification of my office details and approve my application
My small request please recruit a well knowledged person and aware of all things for Physical Verification person but u r agent are not having a proper knowledge and very rude with customers

    Dear sir
    As per my CIBIL report one loan of RS60000 was written of by IDFC i have not taken any such loan from FLIPKART or IDFC
    1: please issue me a letter starting that the loan account no 26910936 not aviled by me and the same is not written off IDFC
    2:also give mclarification why the loan is reported as written off in CIBIL and other CIC companies to remove written off entry
    This is for the purpous of submission at SBI for applying a loan please note that l will approach appropriate forums if immediate action is not taken by you and get the wrongly reported entry is removed from all CIC companies including CIBIL and EXPERIEN

        I have taken personal loan for 36 months tenure selected, this month I missed to pay on time due to some financial issues, (2ndAug 2022) this is 12th emi, I received a call from collection executive who was not professional at all the way he was talking was not at all bearable, I want some Higher authority to get in touch with me, in regards to this.

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I am an existing IDFC loan account holder (amount:9Lakhs, acc number:
          [protected], I am paying my EMIs regularly without any default, I am a
          loyal customer I believe, but what is happening with me is extremely
          unfortunate and i won't wish this even on my enemies.
          an IDFC executive probably named sweta bhosale(mobile: [protected])
          is randomly calling everyone in my family and asking about a guy named
          Santosh Jha. this person probably has taken a loan from IDFC and may
          be not paying the EMIs. he is also not picking the call it seems. This
          lady executive is claiming that we have done verification for this guy
          while the loan was being sanctioned and so we should arrange for her
          to talk to this guy.

          First thing we don't know this person or where he lives and we are
          saying this everytime this lady calls us(she is calling a lot).
          Second, we have not shared our contact details for verifying this
          person, we don't even know this person. but this lady is always asking
          us to allow her to talk to this guy, we have asked her repeatedly to
          share any proof that we have done verification for this guy (an email
          or call recording or a document anything) but she is saying i can't
          share anything.

          She shouts everytime and accuses us of fraud. We are getting harassed
          by this lady for no reason. She is being unreasonable and aggressive
          and rude.
          Me, my mom and my brother all are going through too much because of
          this. We feel helpless because we can't do anything against a person
          who doesn't listen to logic.

          If what the lady is claiming is true that banks won't share any proof
          that we verified this person and they can harass us without proving
          anything then it seems we are living in a very dark time where i as an
          individual doesn't have any right to defend against a person harassing
          my family on behalf of a large organisation.
          This incident has shaken my trust in the IDFC bank and I am so angry
          at the executive that I want some action to be done here.
          no one should have this much power to abuse.
          I have raised a complaint using the official website with reference
          number: [protected], not sure whether I will get any reply timely
          hence writing this email.

          kindly help me out here and restore my trust in the IDFC again.

              Hi, my my flipkart pay later loan no
              28482751
              I am having no loans in idfc first bank and i checked my credit score and history, i find my cibil score got written off due to the invalid report from idfc first bank was updated by the personal loan, mentioned as idfc first bank

              Because of the irresponsibility of Flipkart pay later tieup with IDFC first bank my cibil was affected

              I have written several Emails to bank email id and flipkart social networking page and call to update my CIBIL as per my progress, but no response yet and whenever

              Requesting to resolve this impacts my credibility in future .. last time i can againts complain Idfc first bank in consumers courts

                  Sir my name is MOBASSIR IMTEYAZ my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected] and my IDFC loan account is xxxxxxxx873. I made the emi payment of 6000 Amazon pay later on 1 August 2022 via Amazon pay UPI at 12:19pm.my amount was deducted from my account but still IDFC FIRST BANK didn't settle the loan and they are continuously threatening me for making the payment which i had paid to them i was contacted by their loan recovery agent multiple times and i repeatedly told them my transaction id which is P[protected], but still they are regularly threatening me for making the payment, i have emailed them the screenshot but they are very unprofessional and deaf and blind and extremely uneducated. I have contacted the Amazon pay later team and they assured that before 20 August they will solve the problem as their server are not working properly and surprisingly IDFC FIRST BANK also know this fact that their bank's server has problem then also they are threatening me. Sir please look into it.

                    Flipkart Paylater I don't have any pending amount

                    In Flipkart paylater i do not have any overdue or pending amount. I promptly paid my payments before due date. But in IDFC bank side from May 2022, it is still showing the outstanding overdue amount of rupees 7, 227.16. I got the confirmation email from Flipkart that I dont have any pending amount.                     Sir I have a flipkart pay later account with loan acc no 45764645 powered by idfc first account. You have wrongly reported a late payment in March 2022 to crif, experian and cibil, due to which it impacted my credit score and it decresed drastically. Whereas I didn't made any late payment. Rectify as soon as possible. It had never happened before.

                          My name is satkar singh and i have a loan with idfc first bank with loan a/c 77823019 on 13 jun 2022 . when i applied the executive fill the details and also adds credit vidya product of 1350rs hdfc insurance of 4187rs but policy not received.2 months passed but policy not received.when i talk to customer care they says talk to hdfc insurance deptt.when i talk to hdfc they says give us policy number but policy not received to me so how can i give policy number.please cancel my hdfc life insurance and credit vidya and refund my amount of premium paid.

                              I purchased fastag from idfc bank website on 4th August 2022 with 100rs min. payment On 5th August i received a call from their Bangalore courier office to confirm my address but still i have no clue when can i received my fastag sticker. My fastag id and its activation and account login details sms received at the same day. But after raising complaint (SRP1955) by their call center still have no clue when the fastag is going to be delivered.

                              I am still waiting for the tag sticker to be delivered but no sms or email has been sent regarding it.
                              I called the toll free number multiple times but 90% times its not connected (busy), 7% time playing music then disconnected, 3% luckly you got connected with executive but they don't have any clue ( just blank) and sing same song that you will get call back ( that is also not come) .This is very unprofessional.
