[Resolved] IDFC Bank — Spam calls | |||
I'm receiving many calls (more than 5 calls) from number starting with +91226806#### daily. Fed up with these irritating calls. They are asking to take personal loans. I have answered many calls and told i don't need and to stop calling me but no use. Also complained through mail to idfc. No response from their side. Now regretting taking a loan from IDFC. Kindly help in resolving the issue. Also where should i complain about this (like to cyber cell or consumer board). Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi this is karan dani.. i have received 10 to 15 call from IDFC first bank in a day. Each time i told them i don't required any loan please stop calling me. Still everyday they are calling me with different number. Such a non sense people. Please stop this please.
They will even use the mail id and mobile number you use to give complaints for giving spam calls and SMS. such a shameless people they are. I had taken a vehicle loan two years back through showroom (I don't even have an account there). They are still giving lots of spam calls and SMS to my numbers, and to even my friend's numbers they had asked as reference. been trying for years and no one can stop these b$$*&.

I have been getting several calls from IDFC clients for some kind of loan
Please stop this because there are almost 20 calls everyday from different number and this is terribly unbearable
I have been telling the clients from idfc about the same but they still continue to call me from different number
