I would like to bring into your kind consideration that my name is Prasana Maharana and I already paid my loan amount in 8 April 2021 of Rs.708 but in status it shows written off. I foreclosed my loan in IDFC bank with Rs. 1, 16, 324 on April 15th 2023 post which I received a confirmation message form the bank that stated NOC will be released within 8 days. It is 21st day today they are still not sure when will the NOC would be released. When we ask they say there is some technical error. Because of this I am also not able to carry my work as my other transaction because of this money are pending. If we delay the EMI by even 1 day, they charge us penalty. Now what? It is has been 13 days up post their message of confirmation, still no NOC.
I is shocking to a stage that it feels like a scam that a financial system is showing error from 13 days, their customers are facing so many problems, and they still have no service. SHAME!
