Hi this is Sharad Gorivale having loan account in your respective bank with loan Id no. 14693501 with registered mobile number [protected].

This is to inform you that I received call from IDFC bank staff he abused me used inappropriate word just because I failed to pay my 2 monthly EMI.
Since pandemic crisis I was going through lot of financial crises still I have paying my emi on time and due to my company insolvency am unable to make 2 emi still collection department harassing us a lot. I have registered a police complaint against Mr.Ganesh Komlou.
This is my humble request, I will pay all my dues and further EMI as soon as possible. Even I have paid emi last month.

Please consider my request and please stop using abusive language, your bank staff can atleast call and ask the reason or can give time period but he just abused me like anything I want strict action on this we are helpless we will pay our EMI please give some time.
Kindly consider my request and do the needful.

    I am disappointed by IDFC bank... Through Flipkart I was provided emi through vouchers of IDFC bank... I have made the complete payment ..but it is still displaying overdue in my cibil..I want to register a complaint against this fraud done by idfc

          I have taken the loan from IDFC First Bank, EMI for that loan was Rs 8217 but from July they had reduced the EMI amount to Rs 5744 with my consent. Bank must take my consent for this change. Beacause of this my CIBIL Score is decreased. I will pay the EMI only when EMI amount will be restored to initial amount.

            I am DSA channel partner of your IDFC FIRST BANK. I never expected that your bank will be do fraud commitment with me. Worse and worse bank i seen ever.
            My issue is

            My pending business was for payout as below and payout was booked as below.

            Yaman rai- 8.30 lac
            Jass dhaliwal- 11 lac
            Jagjit gill- 12.22 lac

            Total loan - 31.52 lac

            Payout slab- 2.35%

            Total payout -2.35%
            Amount around -74000 rs,

            Received amount only 23000 +4219 = total 27219 rs

            I get so less of amount. Now nobody giving me reply by your team.
            I will be raise this issue social sites and esclation term.

              Flipkart gave me a Pay Later account which is 29843405 and belongs to IDFC BANK and I don't have any dues in this account but still some of rs. 7245 is occurring outstanding in my Cibil report and it's rapidly killing my Cibil score.
              Sincere request to close the account asap and share with me the NOC of the said account.
              It's a humble request to take it as priority since my Cibil score is decreasing for this.

                Most humbly & Respectfully I state that I am getting disturb and wasting my Valuable time.I have called on their number 50 times, Written complain via App/Website- 5-10 TIMES.

                THE COMPLAINS ARE CLOSED AUTOMATICALLY BY IDFC BANK WITHOUT RESOLVING ANY OF THE PROBLEM RAISED BY ME. IVRS System and after transferring the call, the call gets disconnected and when their officers are interacting they neither registered the complain nor share the complain no./ref no.

                I have taken all the evidences in the form of screen shots,

                Therefore, I request you to support in the same and take legal action against this bank.

                                In February 2021, IDFC issued me IDFC FIRST SELECT credit card No. [protected] with a welcome offer of Rs. 500 voucher subject to spend of Rs. 15000 within 60 days of card activation. However I spent more than 15K within 60 days, IDFC has not issued me gift voucher of Rs.500. Customer support is very poor in IDFC.
