IDFC Bank — Threatening and Harassment calls from IDFC agents

I've taken a used car loan and I'm paying my EMIs on time (Check my records) However, I'm getting threatening calls from the agents to pay emi on time or else they'll keep calling me at 7 am in the morning. I've also escalated this to the social media team and spoke to them about my issue. They said do not worry and they'll stop the calls. But the recovery agents keep calling and harrassing me and say Social media team is not authorised to tell us to stop calling. I've been receiving these calls since 2019 now. I will take this up legally now.
