My fasttag user id (584015. Pankaj) is locked. I call customer care so many times but they not respond. I mail to bank but also not respond. Pls solve my problem. Mobile no [protected]. Thanks. Can my fasttag demolished. How can i change my password. No one know how to change the password.in my fasttag wallet i add money. My user account is locked. Can i cross the toll

I was purchased fastag from toll on NH344 through IDFC on 17/12/2019 but still today I don't use this fastag but my amount 125rs was deducted on 19/12/2019 then I totally surprised with this happening.

My idfc fastag AP26BE9016, RAJESWARI.P had been locked yesterday due to low balance. Now recharged but it can't unlock. So please CONSIDER this problem and solve it.

has been blocked from 2 months and trying in all the ways but not unlocked this is the worst customer service i ever seen not replaying properly if this happens how the common like us use the fasttag
